In that she means xiaorishu, who has/had a video explaining the whole feud. According to xiaorishu, she was a fan of Venus and would comment on her videos and Margaret was all "Omg stop trying to ride my daughter's FAME!!!111" and blocked her. Her good friend, Annchirisu made a Venus parody in defense and was pretty vocal about the whole thing, too. Not sure if the vids still exist, though.

Well, I think you can only attend highschools in Japan if you are in highschool age. (I know in Germany there are special schools for older people who want to have an A level, idk about Japan.) But maybe she already did that since she wrote smt about going to school in there, but that was a while ago and she din't mention anything about it since then. And getting into university is already hard and expensive enough over there (especially in Tokyo), impossible for Venus since she has no real education ( yeah, she went to school in holland for like 3 months..?).

Seriously, she is an adult, constantly moving around in her past, being homeschooled by Margo, never had real job experiences except earning money from YouTube, and focusing the whole time on acting out her stupid persona. Also, besides filming boring bedroom videos, eating Japanese candy and going back to acting like an exaggerated version of a toddler, she doesn't seems do to much productive stuff.

Sorry if it seems harsh, but I really dislike her because of her shitty actions (scamming, mocking other internet personalities etc.) and fakeness. I just wish she would get her lazy butt up and behave like an actual adult.

edit: That just was an answer and overall reaction, I realised again that this shouldn't be about Venus. I won't post anything about her in Margos thread in the future (although it's hard to seperate them).

Oh Margo Although I strongly doubt she really has this deep depression, I think it was incredibly selfish of her to post something like that. I can't imagine how Venus would feel seeing that </3 she's bound to realise that a post like that would upset her daughter, right?

Who the hell would say they has a extreme depression or say they are suicidal as an excuse for bullying, scamming and all the other shit she has done Mental illness is not a "joke" or something you should just throw around I think Venus would be heartbroken if she saw something like that from her mom Sometimes i feel kinda sad for Venus.. I didn't realise the extent to which Margo went...I cannot imagine seeing my mother post such thing as saying she wants to kill herself on Instagram? I would be very upset by it and I imagine Venus would feel the same way. I don't like how she says all the people who call her out are mentally ill; that's stigmatising towards actually mentally-ill people for a start and doesn't she realise she attacks people for making simple comments, cannot call people out in a mature manner or just leave things, she has to reply in such an aggressive way completely unwarranted? I feel sorry for Venus sometimes. I think she should try and get a normal life as I don't think this sort of internet fame is in any way sustainable, or will lead to things in the future when she is too old to do the cutesy kawaii bullshit.

I don't like it when people like Margo behave like emotional ticking time bombs,who always draw attention to their mental illness when they need something.These people don't care about how it makes everyone around them feel.She's Venus' only family.She know's that.If her depression is really so severe,then she should seek therapy instead of posting about it on social media.

I would never accuse anyone of faking a mental disorder,but it's hard to believe Margo because we all know that she loves to play the victim.

Kind of like the kid who cried wolf,after some time people will notice your bs and when it happens that ,one day, you actually need help,no one's gonna believe you.

I'm also pretty sure that she'd do anything in order to make us look bad and blame us for it and send her minions after us,even though she came on here,made an account and chose to pick a fight.

(Offering my subjective opinion on Margaret,)

I think Margaret's behaviour (claiming to be depressed, then suicidal, calling others mentally ill, attacking and blocking people because they MIGHT be out to steal Venus's spotlight) is nothing but a defence mechanism. Margaret did not grow up during the 'internet age' like most 20-somethings and younger did. When Venus started out on Youtube, Margaret didn't have a clear picture of what the internet is and what it can be. And in my opinion she still just doesn't understand it. She doesn't understand that she cannot fight against the internet, but she tries, because she wants to protect Venus and herself. She's Venus's mother, after all, and mothers often reflect how their child is perceived by others onto themselves. In other words, any hate towards Venus is hate towards Margaret, and oh boy does she take it personally. Venus gained fame on a platform that was in my opinion quite unknown to Margaret and when Margaret foolishly started lashing out, not understanding the repercussions of her actions in a place where millions of people can see and screenshot what she says, she dug herself into a hole. Now she realises that she cannot win, so she becomes the victim.

TL;DR: I think she's just very scared of the place where she has let her only daughter build her career, so she tries to gain our favour by victimising herself after the many mistakes she has made, but is just too insecure to apologise and recognise her errors, and maybe feels too guilty to do it, too.

Sorry for being such an armchair psychologist, these are just my 2 cents hah

I wouldn't be surprised at all if she posted that to make Venus herself feel bad. She sees Venus as an extension of herself, I think she has NPD and not depression. Very common for NPD mothers to stunt their child's growth so they will continue to be dependent.

I don't think Margret is a bad person, honestly. She's a mother and mothers are incredibly protective over their children (some more aggressively than others). As I mentioned before, her actions on the other hand are awfully childish. She has better options on how to communicate with both fans and "haters" in order to get her point across.

I don't know what her living/social situation looks like, but a woman in her prime should be out having fun, not spending 24/7 with her teenage daughter. Hell, she could even go on dates and just generally enjoy her time in such a beautiful country like Japan.
