I'm not a fan of her hairstyle but 90% of white girls had that haircut in one point of their life by the age of 12 (talking about pre internet kids) it used to be very popular and until recently associated with serious business women, now it's usually associated with dominatix' and pinup girls. If you want to claim that this is someone's hairstyle, at least say it's Egyptian because it's firstly seen on their hieroglyphics. Just because it's popular in east Asia doesn't mean they invented it. It's like saying that Ariana Grande invented a high ponytail and everyone that wears it wants to be her.

The funny thing is that their hair is cut by Japanese hairdressers who 99% of the time work only with Asian hair, so there is definitely a possibility that a few tricks of making the same hairstyles work on Caucasian hair just aren't known to them or practiced. (oiling hair is def something that an Asian hairstylist who doesn't know better would do or recommend)
