Hi all, I paid the server bill for the month so the site can be archived, sorry for the mess, didn't realize there'd be such an uproar. The site's in read-only mode. Happy archiving. Here's a link to a user-made PULL discord server: https://discord.gg/vZFEm75
No, I just mean that people should stop attacking her on social media. All in all, that sock puppet account thing dates back to 2014. It's no use going on attacking her for it. Also I don't think we are in a position to "reach out to her".
Sound reasoning. When you see her vid's, it often feels as if there is somebody else; But sometimes she does it on her own. But if she looks so tired in her recent video's, it might be because she has a full time job now. I think her presence on social media is something she's holding on to which is not sustainable anymore because of lack of time and because she doesn't earn as much with it as she expected.
I only arrived here because I also made some video's about her and I like to get views. That's it. Furthermore some people reacting against her take it too far. Some people send me messages and post comments in which they boast that they got blocked by Mira after comments on her video's in which they insulted her and her religion. Those people write that quite literally. But let's be honest: if somebody would insult you in the comments on your own video, wouldn't you block them? You are completely entitled to do that. It's your video, your channel. So what's the point of those people boasting they got blocked? It's childish. I agree that some years ago Mira did some things with sock puppet accounts which weren't nice, but that's years ago, and some people are still using that to cyberbully her. That's not normal anymore. Theyre raking up old ground. She was exposed in mid 2014. That's almost 4 years ago. I think that at the moment she's withdrawing from social media. The big danger at the moment are the people reacting in Arabic on her channel. I'm sure she can't read that. She can't control what's written in Arabic. As far as I know, it could all be innocent sympathizing with Mira, but it could also be messages from radical islam.
Japan succesfull? It's a very interesting country, but a very difficult country to live in. Hard work, not much pay. In general, Japanese people are not rich but spend long hours at work. I wouldn't call that succesfull.
If she's really originally Canadian, then I don't get why she doesn't go back to Canada. I also don't understand why people would put that kind of stuff in the open for EVERYBODY to see; That's why I never believed the Facebook-sockpuppet account drama with Kat was for real. I'm inclined to think it was leaked on purpose to draw views. It's that kind of things which make me think her video's are partly fiction, but only partly. Like columns.
@skylySenpai: Japanese people are very religious. But because it's zen-buddhism and shitoïsm, it's less organised liek monotheistic religions (christianity, judaism, islam); so it might look less religious. But they are.
I think that is because on her own streams she has to do it on her own, and that is very difficult. Eg: you can't read the chat to see what questions people ask, without having awkward silences during the stream. You have to be with two persons to do that: one reads the chat, to see what's interesting for a reaction, and then tells the other.
Build a mosque? Doesn't look as if she's quitting islam. But that might explain why she all at a sudden lost so many subscribers today. What's so disturbing is not that she turned moslum, but that she has choosen for an extreme form of islam, completely based on the idea of the islam of the Middle-East. There are modern islamic movements too, but she doesn't know anything about that.
Latest video dates from Jan 26, 2018, that's more than a month by now. Subs: 241,585. The losses per day aren't as big anymore, but so are the views per day. I think it's over. Her previous presentator style doesn't fit with the extreme moslima she acts out now. As a matter of fact, she had become rather good at it. But now, it's curtain for Kanadajin3.
