    • Clarifying How To Use the Report Feature   06/29/20

Hello. I have noticed a great deal of confusion regarding how to use the report feature and what is expected regarding reports, so I am making a clarification announcement to users who may be unfamiliar with how the report feature works. Please note we have this rule regarding reports: 16.  Do report. Do not make frivolous reports (such as "I don't like this person"). Frivolous reports will result in a warning and possible ban. a. When reporting, please give a reason. Reports citing what rule the post is breaking and giving some information are way more valuable and will get the issue resolved faster. (Reports with no explanations sometimes require mods to go through and skim the entire thread to find out what's going on. Please save us time if you can). b. Don’t waste the mods’ time. Report people for breaking the rules, otherwise don’t report. [Rules in their entirety can be found here.] We also have a wonderful tutorial on how to use the report feature created by one of our former moderators which you can find here. In essence, we enforce the rules as they are written. In a rare occasion there may not be a direct violation but the user is still conducting themselves inappropriately and how we handle that is up to the moderators discretion. We do our best. We also encourage you to use the report feature to report posts that have been edited down to nothing or if you double posted and would like your double post hidden. Also, please note that we do not provide updates on reports. We get far too many to be able to keep up with every one. You are welcome to message a moderator to ask about your report, but please know that we cannot and will not divulge any information on whether we banned the user you are reporting. Simply that we have taken appropriate action. I hope this helps provide further clarification on how to use the report feature. Should you have any questions not clear in these instructions, please feel free to message me or Nyx. Thank you. *Please allow up to 3 business days (as we tend to be slower on weekends) for a response and for reports to be cleared.

Pretty sure she's not driving to a different state, just into the mountains where her mom lives.

Does she wear those huge looking boots to make her feet appear smaller from the front in photos? I wish she would just wear sneakers or cute sandals haha, her boots are awful and never match the outfits. ):

I'm willing to believe her when she says she has ovarian cysts, they're not uncommon. Especially since she mentioned them in a really old video (2016, I believe?)  and mentioned she had to have shots in her butt for them. If it was something she just came up with, I'd definitely be a bit more skeptical, but four years is a long time to keep up a single lie about something like that?

tbh even Jerianie has her moments. I think I've seen two or three of her twitter rants over somebody complimenting the "filter" which led her to complain that the term filter is diminishing her photography skills or something. And then a rant about someone crediting her boyfriend as being the photographer. Simple things that could be politely corrected. /shrug

She's def not as bad as Kenna though. But seeing those rants left a bad taste in my mouth since she does put off a very "nice and friendly" kind of vibe.

On an unrelated note, I do feel Kenna's pain in regards to the deleted Instagram story. Instagram isn't the best when it comes to following through with stuff you don't want to see. You can click don't show me this for weeks and still get the same types of posts.

I also think she would benefit from even a part time job. It would force her to work on her people skills, give her something to distract herself with, even if she doesn't need the money. And you're right, she has so much free time to drown herself in depression/anxiety or whatever issues she has. That's not healthy.

This is why I can't bring myself to judge her too much when she doesn't complete things or spends a bunch of money. I know exactly how it feels to buy things to try to make me happy or try to start new projects/routines only to lose interest or give up before they're completed. I can't say that Kenna has the same problems, but based on her videos and posts it does kind of seem like it. Friendships are like that too, it's easy to just suddenly end them rather than work to keep them going. I do feel for her if that's the case, but there are options for getting help.

You're right though, it doesn't excuse the awful things she's done previously, but some of her quirks or "laziness" could be explained.

I wonder if this trip was sponsored by a travel agency/company. Kenna has enough followers that she probably could've found someone willing to sponsor a trip. I've seen other influencers get free trips in return for filming a video. Could also be why she isn't uploading any footage until the trip is over.

I agree about the autism posts, it was fine when it was first brought up but we continuously have posts about other peoples experience with autism. Maybe we should just have a separate thread to discuss Kenna's autism. That way if she isn't actively bringing it up, people can still discuss it.

I would much rather see her thrift for clothes than watch yet another yesstyle haul. I don't understand the appeal of having the exact same fall pieces that every other youtuber chooses during their sponsored haul videos.

I definitely don't want to sound insensitive to what you've gone through/what you're going through, but if seeing Kenna's behavior bothers you, why not just stop following her social media/thread? We all know by now that she's never going to take our constructive criticism and it seems like it would be healthier for you to just avoid her. I know from experience that surrounding yourself with negative people or things will only make your own issues worse.

Kenna will continue to use the diagnosis as she sees fit, picking and choosing symptoms- regardless of whether or not the diagnosis is accurate. We can't do anything about it. She obviously reads her thread and she is still defensive about being called out for faking.

I just don't want you to sacrifice your mental health by focusing on someone who will never change, who will never be the proper spokesperson for ASD.

I think it could vary from person to person. I was seeing someone who had 20+ years of experience with multiple awards and he misdiagnosed me twice before I felt like he gave up and chose the closest thing he could think of. I do think it would be a good idea to find someone who is comfortable with diagnosing autism in females, but sometimes you end up having to take whoever accepts your insurance or you feel the most comfortable with.
I've never been tested for autism, so I'm not sure if it's something that's easy to study beforehand and fake your way through the diagnosis, but I hope she didn't do that. In the long run, it'll do her no favors to cling to a false diagnosis when there could be another that's going untreated.

She's had that ring for quite some time now and I can no longer find the video, but her friend runs a jewelry store and gifted her that along with one or two other pieces. Not sure if it's that exact $1280 ring or one of the many copies, but she apparently didn't pay for it. She could've been lying to avoid people criticizing her spending, who knows. I do clearly remember that video though, I really liked that ring lol

I might be the odd one out, but I actually enjoyed her newest video. I do see how it could be considered boring if you're not into that stuff, but I also feel like every video she puts out could be awful/boring if you go into it hating everything about her.

I definitely prefer this style to her slightly monotone fact videos or repetitive look book posing.

I agree! I'd be interested in some kind of basic witchcraft video from her, even if she leaves out the more private aspects. Maybe some kind of plant/garden tour in the spring to go along with her bio saying green witch.

Obviously we only have her word to go on and I'm not one to call someone a liar without proof, but I do hope it's an actual lifestyle for her. It's kind of disappointing when you find out that people only "practice" during Halloween or when it suits them. It should be a year round thing.
