It still boggles me how she addressed the holocaust as if she heard the word for the first time in her life.

A quick history lesson.

The roots of holocaust came from the falling German economy. Jews were the richest of citizens, they knew how to trade and import, so to solve the poverty problem the Germans started to take their material goods into the country's piggy bank as "taxes". It was working for a short period of time, so they began to take every possession and shop a Jew had. This is the time when the antisemitic ideology has emerged from the depths of hell, full of bigotry and hatred. Shortly followed by mass murders, house fires, Nazi round-ups. Not only Jews were the victims, lots of slavs were exterminated as well, because they mostly tried to help Jewish families with hiding. Nothing good came out of it, only terror and fear.

The sympathy for Ian for me was already in decline when I learned all the stuff Anisa did, it's clear that he knows all this stuff and that she doesn't care about him, but still sticks with her probably because of low self-esteem.

Regarding this situation, I feel like that the people that dislike iDubbbz's response to this whole thing fall into *one of* two camps:

1) Sexist dudes who mainly look down on Anisa for being a sex worker (and just that alone rather than her other controversies)

2) People who find it disappointing that this supposedly unbothered king of Internet edgelords would bend over backwards to defend such an awful person. Given iDubbbz's past history/views of using offensive slurs towards women and minority groups, him defending sex work now in a haphazardly-made video when his girlfriend is involved seems somewhat disingenuous.

I'm in camp two by the way. Anisa is awful but Ian has proven himself to be a spineless hypocrite. This outcome shows that the two deserve each other.

I don't feel like everyone who has criticized IDubbz were people who "hate women" - I feel like it's genuinely something so jarring to see someone who's said worse and done worse, was the king of clout and drama and being unbothered by it starting to get cold feet when someone questions their own s/o's choices, namely when she is everything he's ever pointed a finger at.

Then, of course, you still get the ones that would see a woman make an OF account and scream "my virgin eyes" and call her a s*ut but the majority all seem to be more or less picking at Ian's condition of being a cuck and a simp.
