Been a long time coming for this thread to happen TBH. HALLELUJAH!!! Shocked that this hasn't happened sooner, this shall now hopefully mean the end of BOTDF (but I have a horrid feeling that Dahvie will continue spewing whatever lulzy shit he comes up with next)

Also, he posted a lulzworthy video on YT that I found through Twitter (was trying to see if he said anything about Jayy leaving)

I am so glad my early teens were showered with animu, Sonic, vocaloid and Deviantart. Too busy to check these fuckers out. Plus, I am grateful, GRATEFUL! That I did not have an emo scene/emo phase. I had my fair share of angsty art, not gonna lie, but I was never really an angst teen. I was actually pretty cheerful most of the time, despite my problems in real life. Thought I needed to in order to have/keep friends.

I am ashamed of my weeaboo phase. However, it would've been worse had I found these guys and gotten to like them. I would've buried myself under a hole. A really deeeeeeeeep, hole.

I'd also like to say that, those girls? That say they wouldn't mind doing it with these freaks? 100%, no doubt, they would back down as soon as they came in close contact with them. They would be so freaked out, scared for themselves. I feel so bad for the ones that had no intention of interacting with them in such way but were forced.

@Sardinha Azul Hey, you're so lucky you never had an emo/scene phase! I'm ashamed to say I did but also glad to say I never helped botdf financially (buying their "music" or merch). If you haven't already you should see the tumblr blog http://truthaboutdahvie.tumblr.com it full of accusations against him. Also stuff that shows how horrible him and Jayy really are. They also post some interesting videos from people basically calling them out on their shit. Basically the blog just exposes them for what they really are. A lot of stories are about the young girls that went to meet them after shows and wanted hugs, pics with them, or autographs, but then ended up being groped or grinded on. It's interesting that the brainwashed fans say they want to bang them but irl when fans meet them they end up getting groped and shit and hate it. This guy really deserves to go to prison.

To be honest, Dahvie is complete trash but what I've heard about Jayy weren't pretty things either. Making jokes about rape, hating on Asians (supposedly - I saw this on the tumblr that exposes them, I'll leave it on the spoiler), he's not merely a bystander and he's almost as disgusting.

I'd prefer to believe that the guy left BOTDF because he must have finally realized they were going nowhere, not because he was tired of his thirty year old predator friend and all the issues around him. If anything, he was kind of an accomplice for staying in the group all these years when he must have seen things that were beyond inappropriate. And from what I've read on that tumblr, he was encouraging Dahvie as well.

Although I also went through an emo/scene phase when I was a teenager (but I wasn't a real one I guess? Because I listened to Alternative Rock actually), I'm sure I wouldn't have liked BOTDFs music if someone would have shown it to me. The synch melodies, in general their songs remind me of melodies you hear in the background of an advertisement for toys. It sounds immature, not very well thought out, plain and like they aren't passionate about their music at all. (Well, that's because they just make music for money and to prey on underage kids.) So their music downright sucks. And their looks aren't any better Oh my god, that guy just looks ridicioulus. And Jayy looks anorexic, in that one live video on here I saw his shoulderbones sticking out. Eww.

Anyone else think that Dahvie will carry on as a solo act now that Jayy's gone or recruit a new member? Something tells me Dahvie won't just quit altogether - he enjoys the attention too much, and he wants access to those teens. People like him don't just stop. Also if anyone wants to see what their live shows are like here's a good video Analyzing Blood on the Dance Floor's Live Performance. This guy's done several vidoes exposing them, particularly Dahvie. Some of the clips from the live shows is pretty graphic just to warn you all. But still very interesting.
