I think she's pretty cute but when it came to the question "what will you do in Korea?", her answer which I find pretty loose and utterly irresponsible for someone who wishes to move to another country, "I will work....I don't know what I will work with. I want to do fun stuff on video" like child please use your head a little before your kboo ass decides to move to a new country without ANY proper plans *facepalm* I'm not saying don't do it. I personally have done all that, moved to another country by myself, but this was first through school then I got a job there. But everything was planned, nothing was floating loosely. You need a job before you move your ass to another country. This is something that is required for you to get your visa (unless you plan on going on tourist visa and work...then that's illegal af).

she is danish so she could get a working holiday visa (H1) for a year. but yeah, i really don't get that moving to south korea with no plans ahead just for the sake of living in south korea.

I feel like she's just another kboo willing to live the perfect Korean life (yeah South Korea is the most perfect country, what did you expect?) no matter what. I don't think that finding a good job is the reason why she chose to move to SK. To me it seems like she just wanted to go to Korea, and to live there she obviously has to work. A lot of people claim that they are moving to "find a better job in another country" but in reality they just want to live in their ~dream country~, which includes working there if they are not from a super wealthy family.

I used to like the fact that she looked kind of simple –you know all that natural beauty sh*t– but now I feel like she just looks plain like someone mentioned in the previous page. I've know her channel since her first video and I never thought Sissel would get so many subscribers because I definitely got the koreaboo feeling when I saw her channel for the first time. #2010ulzzangwannabe

I used to think she had a nice ~~aesthetic~~ going on and watched her for about 2 weeks. And then I got bored. Most of her makeup really isn't applied that well, her eye shadow often looks patchy and I don't think she has done anything remarkably or interesting other than "I look kinda cute & I'm moving to Korea" that would explain so many viewers.

I'm just glad she dropped the koreaboo vibes before it got embarrassing. She was on her way to becoming a second Lisaring(?) but she seemed to have toned it down a lot more. Sure it's another white girl moving to Korea without a purpose and she probably thirsts over kpop idols but she isn't all cringy about her.

I don’t think she is a koreaboo. She likes korean makeup and culture, and her videos are obviously korean themed. But I do think she is respectful regarding korean culture, and is in no way trying to be korean.

I do however think that her reason for moving to korea, with the donations, is pretty stupid. Like people donated so you can move to Korea, while she has no idea for working.

I mean moving to a country with no actual idea or purpose what to do, is actually a pretty cool idea. But not when you basically asked for donations, while not have any purpose over there

I mean I guess if she was open about what she would use the donations for it's alright. Still not the smartest idea. But if people are willing to pay for another person's travels then why not, I don't see why she can't benefit from that.

just got a recommended video of her and tbh I HATE people like her. I'm definitely not jelly here as I can move tomorrow to Korea if I want but I hate the fact that kids like her don't appreciate Korean culture and only reason they move there is so they can be kpop-fied and look for oppars and shit. She literally posted how her makeup artists was sooooo cute *facepalm*. then she goes on and says she's modelling LOL she is probably modelling for unknow brands that are on wconcept or some shit. Call me an old angry fart but I am disgusted by people like her. They don't appreciate the culture or the LANGUAGE. she said in one of her videos how she knows 10% of the language, yet she has thought about moving there for a while? you would THINK she would have put in the effort to learn the language where you're gonna be working and living.

I think she's pretty and cute. A bit plain but that's what Korea likes right? Balanced and symmetrical. Idk what she would model though other than with her face. She's slim but not super slim. She is now focused on Korea this Korea that now though. Quite boring.

ohhh I know her. I watched a couple of her videos a few years back and just recently came across her channel again. The move to Korea wasn't that surprising to be honest, considering her past content. But I do like her, she seems quite nice compared to other "models" who move to Korea. One of her friends is super weird tho, and I looked up if there was a thread on her in here but no luck. They both went to MGA and made videos about it. Sissel's was very cute, respectful and funny, but her friend's was the cringiest thing ever, especially how she was yelling in Korean to the artists and of course calling them oppa (she seemed like the epitome of a kboo) So I do hope that she won't follow that example.

With her baby face she looks quite similar to the famous Russian model Angelina Danilova who blew up in Korea a few years ago, so I’m not surprised shes becoming popular now with Korean viewers.

Nah man she is nothing like Angelina. Angelina is actually quite pretty. Sissel looks plain. then again I live in Scandinavia so I'm used to these type of girls. In Korea it seems like as long as you have a sort of childish face and you're white you can get away modelling for some W concept stores lol
