So I noticed there's no topic about her photos and edits yet and I guess there's A LOT to say !

Share the pictures you like, the ones you hate. From a "dolly angel" to a baby alien !

Here are the ones I wanted to share with you guys. Any thoughts ? You can notice her style and make up changed quite a lot through the years. It's obvious she enlarges her eyes in some pictures and on the most recent, well... It doesn't even look like her I don't know what to say...

I dont know why people/young girls always hate to have a round/wide/square face! Ok I know the beauty standard, especially in the model business, tends to an oval face shape. But its sad! I have a round/edgy kind of face myself, and I actually like it. But seeing more and more people slimming there faces makes me thing about my own, although Im actually not easy to manipulate.

we need to forget what they like in the model industry, the shape of your face is what makes you unique

and by the way, it's only a beauty in Asia, because it reminds them barbie

but in the western industry models, they love square jaws, round faces, and even masculine features

so being a model doesn't mean being perfect, only representing a product and a trend

but sure, a model should be beautiful, but the amount of privations, makeup and photoshop effectuated only for a picture in a magazines is insane

did she used to edit? i know recently her last few ig selfies are much rounder and stuff. if she admits to it then fine but has she ever said she did edit? i don't follow her a whole lot, only recently.

The comments are also weird. Margaret is saying that they each make their own food, and somebody asks her if it wouldn't just be easier for one to cook both meals. To which Margaret replies with -and I quote- "life is not about making it easy but do it best .. or something like that".

On the picture, is it me or does Venus looks too thin to be healthy. I know there are some people who are naturally very thin because of a fast metabolism, but in her case I believe it was more like an extreme weight loss. I am really worried that she might be developing an Eating Disorder and her fans and her mother seem to be encouraging to stay like this. OR, what if the reality is that they don't have any more money and are actually struggling to buy food since they spent all their money on plane tickets and rent D :!

I like her normal clothes. I am happy she acknowledge the existence of a non-dolly Venus. I don't know why she was unable to answer the interviewers question about her "dressing up like normal teenagers", when she does in fact -this photo as proof- dresses up like other normal teenagers. And yes, pajamas, although strange, are used by a lot of normal teenagers...and even some young adults.

I don't recall ever reading or hearing her say that she does edit herself. She does proclaim, however, that she is all natural, and I believe she also mentions a lot how doll-looking she is because of her round face.

My theory is that she never really accepted who she was before and so, she over-edited herself in order to match her (and her fans) ideal image. But after realizing that maybe she is also pretty without all the editing (which she totally is!) she is starting to lower the editing stuff, leaving it for minor details.

if her legs are unedited, I'm well jealous I have slight issues with how big my thighs are (even though I have wide hips) and I tbh hers look great. Might also assume its just the way she's posing though
