Problem with OTV is that Scarra is a nice guy rather than a ruthless businessman. He needed to make it into something like Team 10, where they churn through dozens of faces with a 10% cut on everyone who leeches off of them. This both makes it make more sense for them to promote other people and have more exciting content and monetize OTV's significant brand value, thereby incentivizing members like Poki to stay for the long term. ATM this kinda pseudo friend-group/company kinda disappoints all the more ambitious members of the squad. I think Lily/Fed is satisfied with the status quo, but Poki/Toast wouldn't be.

Twitch streamers will never do that sort of planning, the platform has millionaires who never leave their house, never learned to drive, and buy their clothes off Amazon.

I always had the feeling Poki was the one to rarely to promote OTV, only her own brand. Chris Chan was the one who was constantly pushing OTV to go bigger. And all the others were for just having fun, while identifying themselves under the brand OTV. As for Toast, he might the the only one trying to plan ahead for a time after he is done with OTV as a streamer.

^^ this. As much as Janet is a clout chasing e-girl, I have to admit it's disgusting to see the amount of harassment she gets daily. Like it's literally the same twitter accounts (sometimes newly created ones) that are constantly trying to accuse her of some cheating/abusing Toast.

Did anyone else listen to their Black Lives Matter podcast and feel like something was off about it? I'm grateful they're acknowledging the topic, but it felt like they were making it about themselves too much and overall seemed way too uneducated about the topic to stumble through a near hour-long podcast about it.

Poki is moving out of OTV to live with Janet, Rae, and Celine. I always felt she would move out eventually, but I actually am shocked that she agreed to be in a house with 3 other girl streamers.

I really used to like watching Fed's streams and was excited for his custom Pokemon stream but it's kinda disappointing. He keeps saying fuck this, fuck that, randomly raging at his chat, getting mad at the game, calling things dumb an annoying, swearing constantly, etc. It's just generally bad vibes. He used to be funny and kinda charming but I guess he changed or is generally more frustrated/unhappy/depressed or something.

I kinda agree with this - one thing I have found with Fed (particularly post Yuna stuff) is that he'll be energetic and how he was a couple of months back in the first hour or two then, when time ticks on, he'll get in a progressively worse mood, where he'll complain increasingly until it becomes unbearable.

Fed doesn't seem capable of keeping a healthy work schedule. He's either taking weeks off with no notice, or doing daily 12 hour marathon streams until he gets sick.

Did anyone catch Dr. K's stream with Yvonne? She's telling about her stories with sexual harassment. Seems like someone living in the house (she said it wasn't but it certainly felt that way) came into her room and did some stuff with her while drunk. She was sleeping and he barged in. Sounds a lot like Fed to me....
