    • Clarifying How To Use the Report Feature   06/29/20

Hello. I have noticed a great deal of confusion regarding how to use the report feature and what is expected regarding reports, so I am making a clarification announcement to users who may be unfamiliar with how the report feature works. Please note we have this rule regarding reports: 16.  Do report. Do not make frivolous reports (such as "I don't like this person"). Frivolous reports will result in a warning and possible ban. a. When reporting, please give a reason. Reports citing what rule the post is breaking and giving some information are way more valuable and will get the issue resolved faster. (Reports with no explanations sometimes require mods to go through and skim the entire thread to find out what's going on. Please save us time if you can). b. Don’t waste the mods’ time. Report people for breaking the rules, otherwise don’t report. [Rules in their entirety can be found here.] We also have a wonderful tutorial on how to use the report feature created by one of our former moderators which you can find here. In essence, we enforce the rules as they are written. In a rare occasion there may not be a direct violation but the user is still conducting themselves inappropriately and how we handle that is up to the moderators discretion. We do our best. We also encourage you to use the report feature to report posts that have been edited down to nothing or if you double posted and would like your double post hidden. Also, please note that we do not provide updates on reports. We get far too many to be able to keep up with every one. You are welcome to message a moderator to ask about your report, but please know that we cannot and will not divulge any information on whether we banned the user you are reporting. Simply that we have taken appropriate action. I hope this helps provide further clarification on how to use the report feature. Should you have any questions not clear in these instructions, please feel free to message me or Nyx. Thank you. *Please allow up to 3 business days (as we tend to be slower on weekends) for a response and for reports to be cleared.

I think I just wanted to live with friends. That was the origin of it. I wanted to live with people and make cool stuff with other people. It was myself and my manager Chris who started this idea. - Scarra

What is Offline TV?
Is an online entertaiment group that is filled with young adults and people in their 30s that enjoy anime, league, activities together clickbaits and more.

What's the big deal with em?
They are known for their problematic members and lack of professionalism. Offline TV tends to use anything in order to get views, such as shipbaits, unnecessary drama, etc. They also tend to completely ghost and soft kick their less popular creators without them knowing (Xell, Based Yoona, etc). There also used to be a lot of drama related to their managers and such (was discussed in Pokimane's thread). Let me know if anyone remembers.

Imane ''Pokimane'' Anys
Twitch
TLDR;
Is a hypocrite Twitch TV e-leecher (e-thot). Uses men's thirst just to get more attention. Would pretend to be a girl next door, all wholesome and friendly, while never supporting any content creator unless they can give her big views  and money. Mocks on other Twitch e-thots while baiting viewers with same suggestive stuff, turning her stream into softcore porn. Rough photoshop on her pictures. Is boosted, still baiting people that she climbed herself. Became popular only because she was dating Meteos during the peak of his career.
You can find more about her in her own thread: https://prettyuglylittleliar.net/topic/9983-pokimane/.

Yuri ''LilyPichu'' Ki
Twitch

TLDR; A 28-years old woman who became popular on YouTube for high pitched voice, moved to Twitch. Used to lie about her age, blocking people who would ask her about it. Got aesthetic surgery. Acts like a cute moe anime character, showing how clumsy uwu and whoewesome she is. Was known for lolibaiting a lot, has lolcow threads pull thread and wikidramatica page. During the times she had active LolCow threads she would send her mods and ex to whiteknight her. During Tumblr Era she would oftenly convince herself that people are jealous of her and others shouldn't listen to haters while arguing with them some days, weeks later. Ditched her first bf for esports player, started showing off her relationship (one of the reasons why she became popular aswell) on social medias. Short time after they've moved in together, they broke up. Started dating her own fan, Albert, who never really showed affection in public, recently cheated on her with other Twitch girl.

Federico ''Fed'' Gaytan
YouTube

TLDR; Started off as editor, later turned into content creator, too. Has been banned on Twitch 4 times. Runs a channel filled with dating x suggestive clickbaits, used to make suggestive clickbaits for offline TV aswell. Had a huge crush on Pokimane, but she used him as a slave all along. (eg he would bring her food, drinks, do stuff for her, etc.)
Was banned on Twitch over doing stupid stuff, such as writing porn fanfiction about offline tv, making suggestive thumbnail for Offline TV, etc. Tends to vent on his stream and in public a lot.

Albert ''sleightlymusical'' Chang
Twitch

TLDR; Is a musician, magician, youtuber and twitch streamer. Streams League of Legends, his magic tricks, music and uploads big music collabs / projects on YouTube. Became popular only because Lily allowed his place in her life. He messaged her, telling he is her fan, asking for collab. She agreed and fell in love with him quickly, being really passionate about it. He never really showed any affection to her back (in public, to her touches, etc.Would not allow her to hug him because of childhood trauma and many more). Cheated on her with other Twitch streamer, Avocadopeeled who appears to be a musician too. They shared secret google document together in order to talk to eachother romantically. Albert seemed to have more interest and happier while streaming with Avocado together. There were also moments where she would try suggestivly touching him on stream. She also showed google document by accident, turning off her stream and lying that 'power went' down. No longer a part of Offline TV.

Jeremy ''DisgusedToast'' Wang
Facebook Gaming

TLDR; Skilled Hearthstone streamer. Was stalked and doxxed by fans because he kept baiting his relationship with XChocobars (they wanted to know if they are really dating). He used to stream on Twitch, moved to Facebook Gaming.
scarra.thumb.png.b7dc61be6d774c1c7295f78
William ''Scarra'' Li

TLDR; Former esports player who moved to full-time Twitch streaming. He is known for his career in team Dignitas. Is a co-founder of Offline TV house along with Chris Chan.

RECENT: Fedmyster and E-girl leech-scammer

Fed decided to use E-girl.gg service (you pay a girl to play LoL-games with you), met a grandmaster jungler main called Yuna. They enjoyed playing together and liked eachother to a point where Fed spent 600$ just to play with her alone (in less than a week). So, in less than a week of knowing eachother she confesses her feelings to him, saying she loves him and she never felt this way with someone before, and then...
Turns out he was playing with her GRANDMASTER BOYFRIEND all this time! And she was doing nothing but commenting on it.
Her boyfriend called her out. He never wanted to play with streamers in a first place (because he found that uncomfortable), but she kept pushing and insisting on it, saying how much she loves him (her bf), so he had to keep playing with him. Then she explained to him that she wanted to use Offline TV for content and try faking a relationship with Fed, which hurt her bfs feelings. In a short period of time, her and her bf broke up because he couldn't handle such emotional cheating and a scam. The fact that Yuna was lying to Fed all along made him breakdown on stream and cry. Yuna wrote a half-assed apology in which she tried to tell people that Fed was ''not like the others'', and trying to make herself a victim just to keep getting some Offline TV clout. She started streaming right after the drama went viral, playing the victim and whining drama queen role.
Even after all the drama and lies happening, Fedmyster decided to keep playing with her because whenever he talks to her on stream, he gets random creepy or ship donations and his views increase.

The Dismissal of Xell and Mark from Offline TV

At the beginning of OTV the weren’t clear roles or strong foundations being made. When OTV became more popular, this lead to problems within the group that eventually led to the dismissal of Mark and Xell, which was supposedly without notice. Because of this OTV was criticized as being unprofessional and disorganised, and the extent of their poor management was exposed.

On Xell’s AMA stream he talked about problems concerning his departure.

 This included:
  • differing views about the direction of the youtube channel's content

  • lack of preparation for things like T-Pain's visit
  • not being provided an exact budget
  • feeling like a 2nd class citizen

  • having issues with the treatment of past members

  • lack of leadership and meetings that went nowhere

  • problems with management (probably Chris) rather than the other members (Lily, Poki, Fed etc.)

  • the management not wanting “non-talent” like Mark and Xell to appear on camera as they were more there to film, plan, and edit.

Mark did not talk about it as much but mentioned “shady” management.
Furthermore, even though Xell avoided using people’s names and tried to keep things objective, Lily was against him explaining the situation on his AMA stream and defended OTV on reddit.
    Xell_3.png.e2c5ad64ce2a6bc20fdb66585c696
Although Xell says he parted with Lily and the rest of OTV on good terms, it seems like Xell still feels unappreciated for his and Mark’s work at OTV.

OTV Mod Drama

Poki went on a rant on stream saying a guy she thought was a friend kept trying to get at her. That was right before Paco went to SF with fuslie, Igumdrop, Kimi, Edison and peter. On the trip Paco streamed late at night by himself and said he made a big mistake and he fucked up, constantly saying that he was the one that was at fault. That was the last time Paco ever interacted with Offlinetv and on the thread I linked he said on a stream that he was banned from Offlinetv. After the clip went onto the subreddit he deleted the vod. Here's a clip from that stream that he didn't delete saying he stopped hanging out with the Justfriends house so they didn't have to pick a side. https://streamable.com/i7f2i . After this OTV played a jackbox game and the question was something like "What does poki hate the most" and the answer was a 'taco truck' so all the pieces come together.

This thread is made not just for drama talks but also discussion about Offline TV, them and their content in general. Direct Message me if there's anything else you want to be added or if you would like to help. Would be appreciated.
Please remember that this thread is still work in progress!

In relation to the latest Albert x Avocado drama, looks like Albert went off early from Japan (or maybe he decided to stay somewhere else on his own) according to this picture.

That doesn't prove anything because entire offline tv crew stopped taking pictures or videos of him after they found out hes cheating.

I feel like he’s trying to be the streamer version of David Dobrik considering how David’s vlogs are extreme except it’s not working out and Fed should honestly just be a vlogger at this point.

He pretty much is tbh. He very rarely streams anymore and when he does it's on his second account half the time. I dunno what his deal is but he basically threw away being a popular Twitch streamer to make mediocre vlogs that are the exact same shit as all the other vlogger Youtube channels on a platform where it is increasingly hard to make money. I see him crashing and running out money very quickly with how easily he wastes it.

How long was Fed even a regular streamer?  Like 12-18 months?  I feel like he became a streamer by accident (riding the wave of the Harem/Joast hype), and just never settled into it.  That's why he's back to editing and making vlogs, since that's what he's been doing since he was a kid.

Still I agree with you, Fed absolutely threw away a successful Twitch career that was handed to him on a plate.  He didn't even have to do crazy IRL streams every day, OfflineTV fans seemed to be content just watching him annoy other housemates.

I also think his earlier Japan trip, where he got drunk, went on a rampage, and received a Twitch ban, permanently killed any ambition he had to stream.  Which is so ironic, because he finally did a full IRL stream on this latest Japan trip, and it was just followed by sadness.

And is Yvonne officially part of OfflineTV? They are so bad about making this clear. Because she's currently getting flamed on the subreddit for bragging about making it to Masters when she was carried by a Challenger player

Big news: OTV not ending soon. Seemed like they were gonna split up a few months ago. I wonder if the Liberty drama ended up pushing them back together again.

Well, if they were on their own they wouldn't be as big a deal as they've made themselves be. They would be irrelevant. Lilypichu is the only one I think who would continue to grow while the others are still so immature they would run themselves down the ground.

Scarra is the most mature person of them all, along with Toast. Both Scarra and Toast are really popular because

Scarra is an ex-proplayer of team that's still popular (Dignitas, people still remember them and make people about them)
His personality is really chill, he never gets into dramas
He is still a highly competitive player that makes informative content

Toast is a proplayer of Hearthstone and still one of the most popular HS streamers. He is really honest and quite savage.

Poki would keep being popular because she sticks her nose everywhere, follows trending games all the time and she's just...Everywhere.

So at least these three people would keep being popular too.

People started watching Offline TV in a first place only because their team is filled with popular streamers.
:S

Ahhh so even if they break up people like Poki would still be okay? Boooo.

Toast left Twitch for FaceBook gaming.
He said that he will still appear on Offline TV streams.

On his first Facebook.gg stream, he sent all of the donations to St. Jude Children's Research. (raised $3,133 CAD)
He streamed TFT. At first he had 4 000 viewers, later moved to 6 000 - 7 000 vieweres.

Chat seemed really normal... Memey but not on toxic and '''cancer'' level like it is on Twitch. Everyone were comfy and polite.

I really liked this stream.

I don't really like how everyone is pretending that Toast is some kind of genius that sees huge potential in Facebook Gaming. The reality is that he took the biggest check he could find and is effectively retiring. There is nothing wrong with that or anything but let's be real here.

is he moving out then? that might mean a new OTV talent might be moving in. I would think it’s Micheal Reeves but he just moved into his new room quite recently and he lives with Will Osman, so I doubt so.

Offline TV are going to move in their new house next year (it was even leaked by Fed...like always. They will make official announcement soon.) so there's still a chance.
