Doesn’t she get tired of making these videos explaining why she’s a lazy fuck and only cares about her fans because they give her attention? What content is she even providing for them to be excusing her? She only complains and does 2 mediocre videos a month, do these fans really want her grace so badly

Tbh regular 'influencers' don't have to make videos like that as frequently as her, you'd expect she'd notice that maybe she is the one causing many people react negatively to her but she still thinks everyone else is the problem.

I'm also legit confused why she suddenly pulls the 'japan was actually my home, guys!' card. she left japan for her trip to europe and ranted about stuff she disliked about japan frequently. she's only now backpaddeling and praising japan because people noticed she rather complained about her time there and left her (holiday) time in japan to make holiday somewhere else. she just comes across as ignorant at this point if she can't see why people would get the impression.

honestly i'm really tired of her 'can't do wrong' attitude and i honestly wonder what is kenna at this point anymore? her whole content is about Q&As like that and she never makes other content on her channel anymore, I'm really surprised there are still people admiring her.

Honestly, as much as I know a lot of it was pinterest inspired, she missed some opportunities to make Japanese DIY videos. I mean come on, origami anyone? The art of paper folding? Doesn't take much to learn, and can be fun to make flower arrangements with, or maybe costume embellishment. She could've used origami flowers for her rapunzel costume instead of the dried up dead ones, especially since she supposedly gets upset by picking flowers and "killing" them.

How about instead of Coffee with Kenna, tea time? Or maybe since she had those botanical books she could've used them to identify local flora? >>> Aesthetically pleasing floral video and Instagram photos with captions right there waiting for the taking.

If she's got a thing for Frozen 2, why not a video on everything she loved about it? Why not a video on Japanese vs American Theatres/ other locations?

If she was scared of going out to take photos or video (I understand completely), then what about that long deceased promise of an apartment tour?

Why not a "Japan Appreciation Video" where she could recount her favorite memories or places in Tokyo?

There's so many ideas out there if she's bothered by one thing or another, she just has to take them.

Regarding the entertainment visa, doesn't it take time to transfer from student visa to entertainment visa?? Assuming that her student visa lasts a year, I think she got rejected and won't own up to it. OR, she did get it, but doesn't like that the agency doesnt let her work on her own terms (ex. No set working hours).

I think she is gonna lose alot of fans due to this. Because the ones who aren't ass kissers, who challenge her, who wanted an explanation for no Japan content got this as an explanation. This is something fans who have followed this entire dumpster fire of an attempt to reinvent herself into a Jvlogger know that this is a flat out lie. And her shitty bratty attitude toward them which is basically "Look just stfu and accept my lie alright! Damn!" is gasoline on the upset fans fire she created.

Fact is these ppl supported her. These ppl were egar to see her Japan content. And she promised them knowing damn well she wasn't going to deliver. They took up for her. Now they really have nothing to defend her. Lie to us? Sure we know know she's a liar and its lowkey entertaining to watch her dig a bigger hole like this. But the ppl who supported her? Girl no. If she were mature at all, she could just admit that she enjoyed travelling the world, experiencing a new place but now it's time to move on. There's literally nothing wrong with that. But she's so pathetic and embarrassed of everything she does that she has to get super defensive about all her decisions. There are so many Youtube channels about travelling and moving to a new, exotic place for a period of time, and they have a positive attitude about it and aren't ashamed of it. Why does she have to get so fucking hostile and bitchy when people ask her valid questions? It could take no effort at all for her to be like, "I just wanted to go spend some time in a place I've liked learning about, and now that I've had that experience I'm ready to go home." God, I hate her attitude so much. She gets offended from even the most innocent questions.

Because unlike those other travel youtubers, Japan was not "just chillin in a new place for a bit." This was an attempt to reinvent herself as a jvlogger point blank period. And she failed miserably. She is bitter, bitchy, and upset for 2 reasons. One we was right. Two it is her own words that are crucifying her right now. She knows the screenshots&videos are out there contradicting this lie and there is nothing she can do about it.

For Example: If someone put together a tumblr blog using all this evidence and then linked it in the comments, she would disable comments in a heartbeat. Anyone can make a YT video destroying her 2 minute lie easily using the stuff we have screen capped alone. She thought she was slick deleting all those instagram stories&comments but nah bitch, your lies are captured. And I think this is really bothering her. Just like with the previous scandals she goes full blown REEEE when ppl keep bring up stuff the can be proven via evidence she put out there. I don't think she'd be this level pressed if she hadn't contradict herself for the better part of a year.

She can throw a fit all she wants but she dug her own grave w/her arrogance that Japan was going to workout because she had money& a kawaii asethic. Thats how ignorant she is. She thought that's all she needed to succeed in. A hefty bank account and an uwu asethtic. This she failed temper tantrum is a trip.

That is 6 videos actually made with the purpose to show off Japan, 3 videos where she can give carefully rehearsed answers to questions about Japan among other random things, and 19 other videos where she does whatever. Not that she should make everything JP-oriented, I'm just illustrating how she purposefully stopped making that kind of content and the content she did make of it was pretty lacking tbh.

I noticed that when she returned to Japan after her romp around Europe, she posted 5 selfies and one staged star-wars mug photo. No Japan content, no Japan in Autumn photos, no promised Christmas content, nothing. You'd think if she loved it and it was her home and she was to be leaving soon, she would take up the opportunity but nah. Anyways, goodnight.

While I disagree on some things, I agree with you on a good bit.

Some folk have problems letting things go when it comes to her because she has a track record of apologizing and not changing. However, yeah I can agree some comments and names are downright nasty. Even if Kenna doesn't mentally acknowledge her mistakes, she's got to atleast be feeling the impact, so some statements aren't very necessary. Constructive criticism would be better and far more preferable, but then again this isn't exactly a life coach board, it's a gossip site, so I'm not surprised that people nitpick about her when there's little going on in her life, and a good bit that hasn't been owned up to.

It's quite depressing though, comparing her "Moving to Japan Guide" to her recent videos she seemed quite excited there, now there isn't much joyful energy left to her; makes me kind of sad to be honest.

Opinion Below:

I actually really want her to get better with her content and fix her problems, she's got something going for her in the aesthetic department, and it could be great. If she manages to turn things around somehow I wouldn't mind putting on some DIYs of hers occasionally.

Hot take, don’t know about others but clearly you’re taking things way too seriously as well.

If people here are scary, it only means you’re putting too much way on strangers. Which Kenna does. And not all of us actually hate her. We’re mostly entertained like how some watch keeping up with the kardashians without actually liking them. Kenna’s a disaster of a person and there is plenty proof, and to deny that is on you. And it’s alright. You don’t need to be here like Kenna doesn’t need to share about her life online. We judge, she judges, no one lives 100% judgement free. Especially when said person we are ‘judging’ has proven to be a liar and bratty. And I’d add spoiled but you can be spoiled and acknowledge your privilege or not...like her. Which this is when I add in how that can upset others.

Gap year? That takes a lot...a lot of money and some of us will never be able to afford a month off. Some of us will never be able to live our towns alone. Which I’m not angry at her being rich but how she lies about her supposed hard work and just...so much. It’s okay to have money.

You’re right though on some, maybe I’ve done it myself as well, being too nitpicky on her every move and that seriously needs to go to that specific thread and just...not everything she does is that deep honesty. And not significant.

And more on my part but she’s very pretty and knows how to stage stuff aesthetically and that’s what caught my attention about her and that’s what’ll probably keep it. If she truly changes, I’ll just be guilt free, if she doesn’t, well it’ll be funny and a roller coaster.

I understand what you're saying. But I think it is better to post here than send her actual hate directly on het SM like many ppl do&have done in the past. If you think we are cruel, I raise you an lolcow. I do not agree with sending her negative/hateful comments directly. But this is just a space to talk issh on the internet.

She also doesn't have to come here or see this (yet chooses to). PULL also isn't a forum like MGTOW or INCEL.me where they actively try and recruit ppl to join their beliefs&ideologies. If PULL were going out of its way to tell ppl to hate all the Snowflakes&Problematic Online Personalities the way manoaphere sites actively try and get other men to hate women, I wouldn't be here.

Hello there! If you feel you will be ban from here because of your post, I am pretty sure you will not because your post is very valid.

You are not the first and will not be the last to say those words. I have been following Kenna's progression since I joined PULL. Every once in awhile, a person will come up to make a critical post much like yours. Actually, it happens in most long-time threads. This is necessary because, as you said, some people may become undesirable with their posts and votes.

I am sorry for anyone that ever gets down-voted for speaking an unpopular opinion. More often than not, most will ignore or post a reply instead of a downvote. Please try not to get too affected by downvotes. If you sense foul play, report it. If you think the downvotes were unjust, check with those members on why. It may be a case of misunderstanding and people will retract their votes.

The point I cannot agree with is you generalising every PULL members into a crazy group of bullies. In my opinion, PULL has been a generally tame site where people are pretty well-mannered. There may be some undesirable posts every now and then. I am also guilty of making some undesirable posts. This posts are usually made in the heat of the moment or just due to long-time frustration. However, other PULL members will be quick to correct those posts. Actual harsh posts are rare and if made, will usually be reported. Most posts I have seen (including non-Kenna threads) are generally civilised. Gossip is never pretty, in fact, it is extremely ugly. We can at least try to be civil about it on this site.

I agree that some comments on PULL are downright toxic and hateful (I don't like when people comment things like "I hope something bad happens to them so they learn a lesson" or "I hate them" or whatever.)

But in my opinion... If you decide to make yourself a public figure, and then proceed to lie or show toxic behavior, you are opening yourself up to criticism. No, not stalking or downright hate, but criticism.

Some complaints about Kenna are nitpicky and I'm sure I've done it myself and I'm apologetic for it. But my thing with her is that she lies all the time, and I think when someone lies, they 100% deserve to be called out for spreading misinformation and dishonesty.

"I'm paying for this all myself!" That's just deluding young fans.

"I barely said anything bad about Japan!" You roasted Japan for months without really trying to understand the culture or integrate yourself. I find that almost racist.

"(Whatever her youtuber ex friends name is) is ableist!" You're just stirring up drama with no receipts and damaging another youtubers reputation.

I will respect Kenna SO much more if she decides to be honest someday. But if you're going to sit in the public eye and be dishonest every week when we have receipts from a few days ago? Then yeah, I think you deserve to be called out. Lies have consequences in both the real world and internet. If she can't handle youtubing without compulsive lying she can go to school or get a day job like the rest of us.

meh i honestly don't believe her when she says Japan was everything she imagined to be and lived up to her expectations.

I also lived in Japan and knew a lot people who realized Japan wasn't like how the internet portrayed. Usually took 6 months; some a year. Somewhere in that year; I think reality hit her.

Also, it seems weird that she has WAY MORE photos of Europe on her IG than Japan... and she claims to have loved Japan? I had to take a second look at her IG and noticed she barely showed anything of normal Japan lol. She's either too egotistically obsessed with her aesthetic or she really wasn't happy in Japan and just sat in her little apartment most of the time. I think any normal healthy person would show off normal photos of life/travel in Japan... but that's just me and the people I hang with. Somewhat feel bad that her aesthetic obsession is her mental misery, must be mentally exhausting.
