Email Idk but venus can easily get her PIN back unless she had one of those bank accounts that can be shared/governed by a parent/guardian. (I forgot the name for it, I think it's more common for people under the age of 18/who are not an adult yet but pretty much it is that the account is in your name but your parents name are also on the account and they can govern your money and stuff. I know parents are able to put money in with this type of account but Idk if they can take money out of it).

I also don't find it strange that venus isn't taking any pictures. I assume margo has been to manaki's house before and even if he did move if she still remembers the general area where he lived if venus tries to post a picture of a "kawaii sign" or something if can give away her location and Margo could find her.
