   I'm not back but I did notice that there is a little confusion about vcat7's post and I saw it before the mod edited it.
   The exact same post was put on this thread and in the venus angelic videos thread. The first thing that was deleted was a link to a youtube video and basically somebody created a youtube account where they made an exact copy of the v-kid's biased Venus Angelic video. Well, to be fair I only got as far as "Disclaimer..." so at least the first 2 seconds were the exact same 2 seconds from his video and I think it was the same duration as his video. That account only had this video when I looked at it and I don't recall seeing anything else that would identify anyone. Then the second part that the mod deleted was all the v-kid's social media links. This exact text (including the exact presentation of his social media links) is copy pasted from his Venus Angelic video description box (like So Pink said).
   Either someone is trying to stir up a fuss on a dead topic (even the v-kid isn't trying to make any more money off of Venus) or somebody was stealing the v-kid's video to try and monetize a few dollars out of it (it takes a few minutes to download and setup a youtube account and as long as you don't get caught too early you might be able to make a little cash by stealing other people's videos).
   There is nothing new here. If you go back a few months on these threads you will find all the discussion about that biased and incorrect video.
   Margarete? It looks like she is now editing on a computer instead of her cellphone and I bet that its a Macbook. So she's got some money now. Also, I have a tingly sensation telling me that she is or has very recently been on the US west coast.
   Time for me to leave and, as I said, I'm not back.

   I see where this is going. OK fine. Here is my recommendation: there is no reason to stress out so much as there are more important things in life and this is just an online forum for people that follow internet personalities. To relieve your stress I will not post again.

   Exactly. In the first photo her leg is slightly bent forward and she is showing her inner thigh. In the second its crossed over and you get the fold. Now try and picture where the fold should be in the first photo based on the position of the tiger's head and its paw and the flowers (obviously its not there with the leg extended... but you get an idea of the position). Then think about where the t-shirt is and what its covering. Something is not squaring up exactly the way you would expect it.

   All jokes aside I can't shake the feeling that some poor judgments were made after the tattoo started.
   This is the picture posted on the previous page:
   
   This was Magi's first tattoo pic where the blue is transfer from a print and about 15% of the tattoo at the bottom is done (posted 2 or 3 pages back):
   
   And this was the final result with the tattoo completed (posted 2 pages back):
   
   The original source looks pretty close to the blue transfer of the second pic. In fact the details look pretty good. But then you see some lighter blue markings at the top where it looks like they were trying to slightly modify it (but not that well). Then between the 2nd and 3rd photo even though its 2 different perspectives (one is from top to down while the other is front on) it doesn't look like they match up that well. In particular the position of the tiger head in the two photos and how that translates to where it should be on the leg looks strange. Something looks off even when you account for the different perspectives. It looks like they might have tried to move or change the tattoo after they had started the tattoo. Or in the second photo she is showing a lot more than you initially thought you were seeing.
   But hey, if she's happy with it then that's the only thing that matters. As long as she's not publicly doing bad things to Venus its a start (what kind of parent would wish ill on their children).

   This isn't about directly Venus but it sort of is about Venus. Do you remember the V-kid? Well he is claiming that he made $3,914.34 directly off of the Venus drama (plus some extra indirectly on a video where he got $17,805.33):
   
   The worst part is that he took a completely biased perspective that had eventual negative repercussions on Venus. Let that sink in for a moment. I hope he also doesn't forget to pay taxes on that income.
   
   Before anyone makes any extrapolations, CPMs aren't always $2/1000 views and I have it under good authority that Pewdiepie recently has been getting less than $1/1000 for many videos and I read somewhere that he is changing his video style a bit because Youtube now punishes videos that are not advertiser friendly (i.e. if you swear too much then you go into the low CPM ad groups and if you are too offensive then Youtube strips all ads off of your video). In other words Pewdiepie is trying to get better content out so that Youtube ramps up his CPM. Also CPMs depend on many other factors so you should generally think of this as closer to $1/1000 or less for most guys and in some cases some networks can bump it up to $2/1000 because they manage the ads system in the background. So don't make any assumptions on the CPM and simply take it that they typically range from $0.25/1000 to $2/1000 with some spikes outside of that band under certain circumstances.
   Also, if you guys remember a while ago I said that Venus choice of "boob" for a video title was poor and what I really meant was that the scripts running on Youtube go through titles and tags and flag any video with bad or offensive language, words that are used in a sexual context and words connected to negative events (like disaster, death, shooting, suicide, etc.). These videos typically get the ad revenue completely stripped or they go into a low CPM group. Although youtubers sometimes still choose to take the hit on one or two videos simply because these words bring in more views and maybe the new people stay around and subscribe (so its purely used as clickbait).

   Well if she's going to be using photoshop then she can also take her green hair photos (when she was trying to get blue hair) and photoshop some joker makeup onto her face (her hair already has the perfect shade of Joker green).
   BTW, if she is annoyed by these comments then I apologize but her behavior has given everyone a lot of ammunition to offer a wide variety of good natured suggestions for her eventual Halloween costume.

   Do you think Magi will get a costume this Halloween? She could dress up as a penniless hobo that still manages to fly around the world. Obviously trick or treating is not out of the question and when people tell her "Lady you are too old to be doing this" she retorts with a "But I'm still young and beautiful" and then cries that she is being bullied when they close the door on her.
   Or a Magi Karp costume given the recent fad. Or maybe she is using that maple leaf or that Safeway sandwich as a mask...

   Oh Binasu Chan took it there... well then now its only a matter of time until somebody digs up the niconico channel. I was uncertain if I should post in the general thread or here given that Venus brought it up in the video but let's try and keep it neat and I'll post about "Binasu chan" in the general thread (here: https://prettyuglylittleliar.net/topic/2085-general-venus-angelic-thread-3/?do=findComment&comment=121749 ).
   BTW, if you guys find that video informative then you can always say ask her to make videos where she introduces Japanese words and shows how you draw them. Her primary audience is younger kids so having a young girl playing with a train (or with pots and pans or with food or with leaves or with school things) and saying that in japanese the word is X and then drawing the script might be a venue with future possibilities as there are a lot of words to learn. Then after drawing the character she can "cutify™" the character to make it look like the object (isn't that how they say you should memorize those characters?)
   Obviously I wouldn't be myself if I didn't say that she could create a second channel and run this as an experiment only to say that she should consider having a second channel. In fact, when you think about it, Venus is making content primarily for 8-18 kids and you are asking for her to create content for 18-30 people. You are asking for her to neglect the people she wants to reach. Imagine having an old person asking for her to make videos about what senior citizens with walking difficulties can do in Tokyo or food in Japan that doesn't wreck havoc on their dentures because they don't enjoy her current videos...
   But she needs to figure out her lighting and camera settings as its getting hard to see some videos. Maybe the next one will be a totally white video with her voice in the background. Or totally black.

   In the videos thread they just brought up Venus' language rant and she brought up a name that leads to something that people asked about here previously but I didn't post anything then because Margarete was misbehaving, so it wasn't a good time. But everything is calmer now and Margarete is hiding behind a big Maple leaf (maybe she's pretending to be in Canada now).
   When I was googling these two a long time ago there were some obvious holes that made no sense to me. So I tried googling Venus in Japanese characters and besides finding that Japanese blog Venus used to have (it has been previously linked on this forum) I also found a link to Binasu's niconico account and a link to Magi Kitano's niconico account.

   What peaked my interest is that if you go to an earlier video description (like this one http://live.nicovideo.jp/watch/lv54457362 ) you will see something that looks like it says "if you want an extension then pay here https://service.webmoney.jp/wtw/4649295 ". Besides that, on the front page there is a menus that has this:

   (no I will not take screenshots even though the mods vehemently hate me for this but if you think its interesting then take a few screenshots... btw I'm not taking screenshots simply because I can easily change almost any text on any webpage to make it say whatever I want without using any form of photoshop)
   I don't know how this platform works but if you go to http://help.nicovideo.jp/live_en/2013/06/130what-are-nico-points.html you will find "What are Nico Points? Nico Points can be used to purchase features such as viewing privileges for paid broadcasts and videos" and 1 yen is 1 point. This looks eerily similar to several live streaming mobile apps in Asia where people stream and talk to fans in exchange for "gifts" (i.e. money) and that have become extremely popular (with 19 year old girls earning well above 20k US dollars a month in China... that's right above 20k US dollars a month just streaming and talking to fans... and some stars are making 50 million US dollars a year once you add in endorsements and online merchandise). The problem here is that lots of these social media websites (particularly the ones in Europe and the US) end up getting viewers flock to young girls telling them to get undressed in exchange for gifts. Even reputable streaming services where you can give gifts (like Twitch) have people giving more rewards to girls wearing less clothes and "dancing" and so on. I don't know if the West has reputable platforms (I'm too old to know about anyone beyond Twitch) but in Asia it looks like there are some reputable ones (like the mukbang streaming genre falls into this category and seems popular around there). Although I'm certain there are also a lot of unsavory ones in Asia that are used for the wrong reasons.
   Now I didn't log into that niconico thing (which is a "reputable" firm) because I wanted to google a bit more before venturing in. That is when I decided it was best to stop because I tried googling a few combinations of words and the first one I tried was something like "niconico, Venus, university student" and the first results looked like they could be illegal. So I stopped trying to find out about Venus' past on niconico. I have no idea what are in her videos or what commenters in Japan have to say about them. But a lot of her Youtube videos seem to be from that streaming source.
   If there is anything bad there or anything that shocks anyone here I would never blame Venus because she was a kid at that stage. In the Youtube videos Venus was just doing what kids do. If she had a normal upbringing she would be doing normal kid girly stuff with her girly friends but all this weird jumping around to satisfy Margarete's insane adventure and periods where it looks like Venus wasn't in school lead her to find other means of communication and socialization as a kid, instead of hanging out at the mall with school friends. Now Magi clearly knew about this live streaming thing. Even if nothing "bad" happened on the live streams (and probable paid private streams) I still object to a parent not supervising their child here for 2 reasons. First, you need to be careful with kids and social media. There are tons of bad people out there and while its fine to let your kid use social media you need to supervise it carefully. When your 13 year old daughter is talking primarily to older men on a service where it looks like payments and gifts might be a factor then something is wrong with that parent (Venus' Youtube demographics is mostly young girls and then a bunch of Asian guys in their 40s... I bet they were her niconico clients). Kids should think of social media as entertainment and interaction with friends and not as a revenue source in exchange for interaction/favors/requests/dances/etc (when you are old enough fine but never as a kid). Second, this was absurdly dangerous given that you can tell when Margarete was at home or not and the two of them would even publicize things like "I'll stream tonight because my mom will be working late". You just need one weirdo who decides to figure out where they live (like pretending to be a casting agent and asking for contact info, which Magi would jump onto in 2 seconds) and then he just needs to keep an eye out for her live streams to know when Venus is alone at home. This for me is bad parenting. Very bad and dangerous. This and a bunch of other things.
   Besides this you find a few minor things if you look for Binasu chan in hiragana and katakana and I recall that using some combinations in Hangul lead to a Koren poster store with Venus photos I had not seen in other sources but nothing remarkable. In fact the online presence of these two is like an onion where you can successively peel off layer after layer and I even found Venus' old website where there were some link to games (the script failed but I guess it was a lousy memory type game) and they even had a previous t-shirt merchandise store (but that's closed and I don't know if the designs have anything in common with that Venus has now open, but it was a different company).
   This is why I give Venus the benefit of the doubt. She had a lot of abnormal things in her past and if her view is that after reaching 18 and becoming a responsible adult is that she wants to have her own life now and try and be normal then its entirely up to her to decide where to go from here (actually I should say "them" because marriage is a combined adventure). She is still Margarete's daughter and learnt everything from Margarete so there are still risks, but we can only hope that she is wiser than her mother and makes better decisions (at least be a more loving mother). Magi Kitano? Well she sure loves crazy adventures so now she can continue them without dragging a kid behind her.

    If you pay attention to the light switch on the right and the outlet on the left just above the couch you will see that this is very similar to her initial videos with that couch. Its hard to find another building with exactly those two same features in exactly the same spot on the wall but they might have moved to a different unit within the same apartment complex because Margarete might have been "trying to visit them" far too often.
    The sunlight... I'd say that from the lighting they generally film at night (or with everything closed) and this time she started at sunset (given how the shading progresses through the video as time goes by). Then there is a part that she likely filmed again by stuffing the container back into the packaging to redo the shoot after sunset (or maybe the clouds covered the sun...).
    Everyone has been talking about the timing but I think there might be something else behind this. Venus generally doesn't say too much about the channel problems. Or even about problems with Margarete. Sometimes she gives hints, but that's it. She only talked about the channel being down and what was going on after she received a few hundred questions. We know that Youtube hasn't done much but now they essentially say "screw this we are not taking down channel" irrespective of anything. Although they might still block Venus from uploading content when Margarete does some crap in the background (which then means that they have to go through a few hoops to fix). This is the pattern you would see before when the channel was being taken down: Venus would say that the channel would be up and she would post stuff in a week or two, the channel pops up, Venus rapidly posts 3 or 4 videos and then the channel would be taken down again for another 3-4 weeks. The only difference now is that the channel is always up. If Margarete is still doing anything that messes with the channel then Venus is likely rushing some things as soon as she can to throw them onto the channel and making them visible right away before Youtube cuts off her uploading privileges. Then Venus has to wait until they unblock the system again.
    In fact something has been buggy in Youtube's system for a while because if you look at several social media stats websites you will see that in some Venus is still associated with Fullscreen while in others she isn't. All these websites collect their data from the same Youtube interface that automatically dispenses this info for anyone using the Youtube APIs. Plus there is no way a MCN would ever drop a 1 million subscriber account before Christmas as the CPM quadruple or quintuple around the end of the year (this is when the MCN's make most of their money). If they ever dropped her at this stage it would have to be because of some gigantic issue they don't want to deal with or some big violation of their contract terms on behalf of the MCN (even if Venus screwed up the MCN would hold onto her at least until Christmas before dropping her) or Venus paid them well to release her from the contract. Even if Venus and the MCN stopped talking to each other the MCN still holds all the power because they control the revenue system and they would need to explicitly relinquish control to Venus, which will only happen when the contract is terminated (or if there is some bug in the system). Although Venus does not list the manager's email on the channel's about page anymore.
    BTW, I don't think that "boob" (in any language) in the title and/or tags would fit well with Youtube's more aggressive advertiser friendly stance so she is likely getting a notice that they are reviewing the monetization on her video. She might end up seeing that they might pay her less on that video.

    OK now it just got weirder. The grandfather posted a picture of a wedding cake.
    The names on the cake are japanese but it looks like a stock photo from somewhere on the net (also its not the name of the man Margarete conned into giving her plane tickets but the first 5 letters are the same and you never know what the grandfather is trying to imply in the messages he implicitly delivers).
    Considering the previous photo and Venus' silence (even her recent photos looked like they were from sets she took a few weeks back) I don't think that a wedding cake and a cheerful meal would be what I would be expecting to see this week.

    I think the most worrisome part is the total absence of Venus and her husband from social media given how active they have been more recently. At most Manaki deleted a few photos yesterday. Beyond that there are too many variables and possibilities to be able to say anything at this point. Its better to wait and see what happens.
