Exactly!! Who cares? Closer was #1, it was everywhere, the biggest hit at the time, you heard it everywhere you went... and this girl was comparing it to a high school play, it’s clear that she’s joking and shouldn’t have been taken so seriously, I’m pretty sure there wasn’t any competitive feelings as in, it’s obvious that Halsey was bigger lmao that’s why I found hilarious (and sad tbh) that her fanbase was willing to send her death threats for something so stupid.

Ashley's old classmates were having fun and bringing old things they used to do with her (very harmless stuff) and her fans were so over-sensitive, sending them death threats and calling them "pathethic losers", it was a mess. This is the type of fanbase she was building at the time, when she was all "this is a safe space <3<3<3<3!! no hate <3<3<3!!!!"

She’s still behaving like a teenager with a crush on their favorite member. Like I get it, if I was her I’d love to meet and be friends with my fav artists and people I loved when I was a teenager, especially if I’m now famous and I have a bigger chance to meeting them.
But you’re not gonna get close if you keep drooling and acting like a child on social media, you look desperate and a creep.

it’s fake, it’s been said Dom’s, Alanis’ and Suga’s Interlude will serve as a “bridge” and that the next song after those interludes will be a collab with those artists but if it were true it would have appeared on itunes but it doesn’t, so don’t worry!!
