Overpriced Brands

Victoria Secret. Their body care products are beyond overpriced, and it's not like they're super good quality either. Off brand products with the same or higher quality from drug stores cost a fraction of their prices, you might as well go get a high end brand product instead.

Victoria Secret/Pink bras are also seriously overpriced. The cost to make them is so little, and the quality isn't even good imho. I'm much more rather willing to get fancy, well made lingerie from a more trustworthy online specialty shoppe. As for VS/Pink lounge wear, the stuff is actually pretty nice. Still overpriced, though.

UNIQLO.. I love their clothes and I have a few items from there but I can only buy when it's the holiday. Some things are fairly priced and then sometimes I'm a bit dumbfounded at how they simply allowed a boxy white t-shirt to go up for $15.

I think with VS it's more of the fact you're paying for the brand rather than quality. Like, I see so many people with whole outfits with the Pink brand on them, as well as bags, ect. but, the quality is the same as some things I see in cheaper shops. But, they're dedicated to buying from VS still so I think it's more so the fact you get to have PINK printed all over you.

Vetements lmao
Selling ankle socks for $80 USD tf lol

I've got a few things from them because i am a damn sucker for oversized hoodies
Not worth spending $800+ on though
The quality isn't bad but... $200 would be a reasonable selling point, not $800 - $1500 lol

Definitely Charlotte Tilbury. My mom got me this palette for 50-60 dollars. I don't remember the exact price but it is a total rip off. The colors are nice but it doesn't last for more than an hour. The case is pretty like the other high end brands like Dior, Lancome, Estee Lauder, etc. What pisses me off is that HE brand cases always has a magnet to keep your compact shut but this piece of shit DOESN'T HAVE THAT FUNCTION! Charlotte T is a talented makeup artist but don't buy her stuff, unlike her makeup skills her products are crap. If you want good high end makeup that costs less and works better I definitely recommend Lancome.

Anything at urban outfitters. I'm surprised that UO hasn't been mentioned yet on this thread lol. They don't sell anything that I think is even close to being worth the price. Some people pay to look poor, and it doesn't really make sense to me. If I see something at UO that I like I will go to either forever 21 or my local thrift and get the exact same thing, for less than a third of the price.

(I was gonna mention YRU, but the more I thought about it, I don't think it's overpriced enough to be mentioned in this thread. It's still open for discussion though lol)

someone said unif before and i agree. i love their clothes and im planning to buy from them, and i get that they dont mass produce which kinda justifies their prices. some prices make sense to me too, like shoes for 110 bucks, okay fair. but paying 60 bucks for a graphic tee or 80 bucks for a small cardigan hurts.

Supreme. Just add a box logo to a hoodie and suddenly it cost over $100.

Anti Social, Social Club.

Don't get the hype.

My friends and I always referred to that brand as the "Ass club"

Dolls Kill. I know that they buy from other brands, but they do have their own brands (ex. Current Mood, Sugar Thrillz, the new one called Poster Grrl) and overprice the shit out of them considering the quality. They have jackets on Dolls Kill that they sell for 70 USD + that on Zaful, Shein, etc. you can get for 40 USD or less. They pretend they are this small, cute, indie little boutique-like online shopping site, but in reality they use overseas production just like Forever 21. They inflate the prices of other companies they buy from anyway (a lot of times I'll look up the actual company a piece is from so I can save money).

Forever 21 is overpriced for the money each piece is actually worth.

forever 21, everything should cost 5$ or just 3$ dollars because if its not a rip off is a cheap quality, only 30% or her products are originals and worth it. The rest looks like an expensive taobao store.

.DOLLUXE AND LOCKSHOPWIGS OMG, they just keeping making the same quality wigs and repricing them like 10 dollars each time, I remember Dolluxe wigs where 20 to 40 dollars now they are 35-80 with the same damn quality like years ago wth.

I get most of my clothes from forever 21, and what I like about them is that you can wear things that look expensive but aren't? Idk if that makes sense lol. For example, I have this velvet strappy high low romper, and I got it at forever 21 for 15 dollars. I could have got something similar at other stores for around 70-80 dollars. But when it comes to quality I do get what you mean. If you like lace front wigs a good place to get good cheap lace fronts is k'ryssma on amazon, nice and thick with realistic hairlines for 30-50 dollars.

I buy from dollskill sometimes but very rarely and ONLY when their shit is on sale, if anything I just use their site as more of a directory instead of buying bc u see everything in the one place so if I find anything nice I'll just google the brand and buy it from their site especially since I've heard that dollskill is a bit irresponsible/ hit or miss with their shipping. And idk if anyone has experienced this but their customer service is so... unprofessional(?) Like, I emailed them to resend me my tracking number and this is what I got:

is no one gonna talk about milk makeup? i personally have a few of their things because it was good for young, hipster, pretentious college students. it was like the thing like how everyone my age shops at urban outfitters or anthropologie (fuck that store too tbh.)

i only rly like the blur stick but that shitty excuse of a foundation is crappy (the one with the rollerball and pump) and their cringey makeup video on youtube is just.. ugh. it doesnt need to try so hard to be different. just hire more people of color and different backgrounds (religion, gender, lifestyle) and you will  def. stand out.

like wtf who does this look? you look like an extra on a star trek porn parody.
