Read the comments on ONTD and am really happy to see not a single one trying to defend Taylor :alpacacrush:

I wonder how she's going to respond to this if it blows up - technically no one is talking crap or gossiping about him, just like she tries to portrait it, but simply points out the fact of 13 year old girl being along porn stars on the website. This is simply a fact and leaves the decision to the readers to decide if they think this is wrong or not. So far she tries to play it off like people are simply making up stuff, but it's right there.

She keeps saying things like 'I married man of my dreams' etc. but did she really? Can she really wake up, look in the mirror and say 'Yes, what he does is ok?'.
I want her not to talk about MC in general, I want her simply address how she feels about 13 year old next to porn stars - social justice warrior Taylor fighting nasty VS, but not mentioning a word to her husband that what his business is doing is wrong.

yeah... this is what i'm a bit puzzled at too... i just can't fathom taylor fighting VS at the same time marrying a man like ew-san.  that's not how it works... you can't pick and chose what niche/type of women (plus size/ trans) to fight for. or was the VS thing she faked? something to jump onto? because that's another type of fucked up

Did anyone of you think she was genuine about the VS thing tho? 9_9 Taylor has never ever shown any sorts of awareness about issues before, I'm convinced she did it to ride the 'trend' (I know speaking up about issues perhaps shouldn't be called a trend but for lack of better wording) and/or avoid receiving backlash in the future for never speaking up about certain issues.

I don't really know what to think of that. Maybe she was partially genuine... i thought it was a bit random for her to speak of that. i think she did good even if it was to avoid future backlash. She didn't seem 'educated' enough for the subject, and she needs to become more familiar with all these issues - or some of them, if she wants to prove she matured and if she wants to continue speak her mind about more serious topics. - something she should do at 30.

I personally think most clothes look best on skinny/thin/not very curvy people - a person's attitude is also important when it comes to how they look, and many bigger people can rock some clothes that would look weird on smaller folks. But i also think that big fashion houses need to stop promoting this idea [of clothes look better on thin people] by making clothes for and using models of all shapes, sizes, ages and what not.

However VS makes underwear which are needed by people (in this case women) of all sizes and shapes, so at the very least for that VS needs to be more inclusive.

not at all, I just find it funny she tries to hop on being SJW while she is so two-faces about her husband's business and how she can actually defend him.
now she posted some passive-aggressive quotes on instagram stories on how we won't understand her decisions - that's the easiest way out, just say you don't need to explain anything because we won't get it. Yes, most of people won't understand how you could value money and comfortable life over being at peace with your own conscious.
:haiplz:

How can she actually not feel disgusted knowing all this and still calling him her dream man and how she wants to have his kids? I puke just by thinking of this whole thing. The way he tried to defend himself in one of the arguments he later deleted only proved how delusional his view on this is.

haha time and time again she proves she reads here.

also no matter how much she explains marrying a slimy guy like ew-san and having kids with him, it won't be enough for me because she is proud of him. taylor is proud of ew-san because he's a self made man, profiting of dirty geezers ogling at young teens/ women. both of them refuse to see that what they're doing is morally wrong and sort of illegal. you do not distribute sexual pictures of a minor, ever.

Yeah random is definitely the right word for it.

This is probably not going to be appreciated and slightly OT, but personally I don't have a problem with high fashion/haute couture brands using exclusively using skinny models (as long as they're not underweight), because the garments aren't sewn to fit models, they just pick one size to sew the whole collection in. You can sew a bunch of garments in size 32/xxs and expect them to fit a group of models of that size well on all of them, you can't sew a bunch of garments in size 40/L and expect them to fit well on a group of models of that size on all of them. Why? Because fat distrubution becomes more random the more fat there is on a body. A group of L woman is going to differ in shapes amongst themselves a lot more than a group os xs woman, whose bodies are all more or less the same. (That's also why most models have the same body structure type) There's nothing wrong with that, that's just how nature works. But it's not productive for the fashion industry to use models off all sorts of different shapes and sizes. At the end of the day models are just human clothinghangers who'se only purpose is to showcase the clothing, not the be some sort of example or rolemodel of what a 'real woman' is supposed to look like.

^to be fair, that's on her parents. When I saw the 13yo girl's instagram I thought to myself that even Taylor's underwear pictures are not sexual at all in comparison to her (the 13yo) swimsuit or even clothed ones.

He shouldn't put it on a sexual website he DEFINITELY FUCKING SHOULDNT comment on her body like that (that's what's making it the most disgusting for me, not the photos - because he could claim he thought she's older - but the fucking article that cane with it)! But the photos themselves, that's on her parents (and managers, and photographers).

i get what you're saying but his site brought her pictures to their own audience so even if her parents are still responsible, ew-san's site is also equally responsible.

For some reason, this all makes me wonder if her husband was married before. Maybe that explains the lowkey wedding. I just find it a bit strange for a Chinese person with his wealth.

Anyway, she's gonna have to address this soon. I think Ew-san's flippant responses align with the fact that they think most of their followers are dumb minors who don't understand the legal implications of all of this...which is ironic seeing how minors on an adult website are the centerpoint of these arguments.

What does all this prove? Not all that glitters is gold. Taylor, due to feeling desperation about not wanting to be single past her "time", clung onto Ew-san, despite his shady business. She could have continued with her modeling and education, and met a more quality man along the way. But he probably wouldn't have been as wealthy as Ew-san, oops. But, she would have had an education, more happiness, and more drive to create quality YT content.

The irony of this all almost hurts.

I upvoted you because i know what you're saying. i get it, especially how bigger people have their fat/weight distributed differently on their bodies, and that thin people seem to be fitting a mold much better, in comparison. In any case, i heard Dolce and Gabbana managed to bring in a wide variety of models in one of their recent fashion shows, so it can be done..

I’ve watched her videos for about a year now but after finding out about what her husband does I’m so disappointed. She made it seem like he built himself from nothing in an honest way and that was attractive to her but look at how the money is made. If she didn’t care for all those years she won’t care now even though people are finding out. Instagram comments asking about the magazine are all deleted  and it’s like they think the issue will just disappear. He said the magazine is aimed at men’s interests, such as cars etc, but the section with underage girls truly makes me feel sick and it’s covered up through the whole ‘luxury’ branding. Saying that the users of his sites are ‘gentlemen’ is so childish! No wonder they suit each other.. There is no excuse for the way the magazine is presenting those girls, and I can’t even begin to talk about the schoolgirl part. But as long as his business is run in Hong Kong, what’s going to stop it? I don’t even want to know what the private zone is all about. I think the basis of their relationship is basically an exchange. I’m not saying they don’t love each other but in return for a financially stable life with business opportunities, he gets a mixed baby that he can put into modelling. I find his desire for a girl a little offputting, i know people have preferences but it’s clear he knows a white-asian mixed girl will make more money whilst fulfilling his weird fantasy.

This is the problem with Taylor; since all she cares about is her looks and status, she's going to end up finding someone that values her for those exact things. In any case, I don't doubt that Taylor will continue to stay silent about the matter and stay with Ew-san no matter what (although it could possibly make GREAT content and make Tay go viral if she played her cards right) because she's not a risk taker.
