We're aware that PULL needs more moderation and attention, so we're actively looking to expand our mod crew! If you're a regular user and intend to stay this way, then rest assured that we're working on improving PULL for you. In order to do this, we rely on user reports, so I'd like to take this opportunity to ask everyone to report posts you think break a rule, disrupt discussion or shouldn't be allowed.  There is absolutely no concern over getting too many reports - we get a handful of reports per week. More reports would be great because it helps us figure out how our users want the forum to be - leaving criticism in threads doesn't make it easy for mods to find your opinions. Furthermore, don't worry about being a "snitch" or too harsh - a report doesn't mean action will be taken, that's up to the mods. A report really only tells us to look at the comment and to gauge the community atmosphere. Often times, peer pressure or established community atmosphere will dictate the direction a thread takes, and criticizing certain posts can be uncomfortable or downright futile when the majority disagrees with your view. This leads to groupthink and degradation of thread quality because the loudest/most active users get their way. So reporting is a way to quickly and anonymously (to other users) give feedback to the moderators. If we don't get this feedback, we think everyone's happy and there's no need for change. So use this feature as much as you'd like to help shape PULL into a more constructive community again. If you'd like to be a moderator: Click here for the application form.

I'm wondering if they're still going to have a ceremony or reception in Canada?

I actually love the part when she streams the ceremony to her family, that's sweet

I think she's really going to regret not including her grandparents.

i 'm sure she'll have the ceremony later! taylor's always been excited about planning her wedding and stuff, so there's no way she wont have some sort of ceremony .

Edit: I wanna add that aside from the clickbait, i enjoyed the video. it was short-ish and sweet, the pacing was good, and i didn't find myself skipping through it.

I'm actually not so sure there will be another cermony. She had their families on facetime and everything, so that gives me the impression that this was it. But I guess we'll see.

I thought it was a lovely wedding and it's clearly what the two of them wanted. So many people get so wrapped up in the trappings of a wedding and spend tens of thousands of dollars on something, forgetting what is really important.

I think they do meet the definition of an elopement - instead of doing the big thing they've slipped away and got married. Modern technology allows them to stream the ceremony to family members who were around. I will forever remember Taylor and her "Dad are you naked? Dad are you naked?" Then his unrepentant "Well you said come as you are," with the camera panning back to show him lying in bed.

She looks so great btw!!

About eloping... people get married/registered before the ceremony & reception all of the time. It's like getting the best of both worlds, a small wedding and a huge wedding.

I still think they'll be doing the whole shebang because:

1. they have money

2. She was shopping for a wedding dress

Could it be that they registered the marriage now to keep Taylor's visa safe? I don't know how it's working in HK, but if she doesn't want to work anymore/focus on family and her work visa had been running out anyway, the maybe simply registered it now to get over with it since they would have done it soon anyway. Which is absolutely okay, a lot of people register their marriages for tax reasons and stuff like that and then have the actual wedding ceremony/party later (also for money saving reasons).

In the end the reason doesn't matter as much, as long as they're happy. I don't think they need a big ceremony with their family, but I'm sure they'll have a huge party at some point to celebrate it.
