    • Recent changes to PULL   07/07/19

Hello everyone,   As promised, we're working on some changes to improve the forum and community! So far, here are the recent changes: Negative reputation has been disabled. Upvoting remains intact. This is a trial run to deal with whiteknights brigading certain topics and salty users mass-downvoting users they disagree with. Some text formatting options have been removed. Some users like to format their posts in ways that make them harder to read or downright obnoxious. (Light colors, tiny fonts, etc), so this helps make threads more readable. If you find yourself needing post formatting because you're making a new thread, please contact a mod and we will make it happen. New threads have to be approved anyway, so you're not going to have to start out with an ugly thread. Text formatting remains available to all users who have supported us via Patreon. No more threads on "Online Personalities". We will NOT lock or remove old threads, but we won't approve new threads about people who don't have any history of drama or controversies. Some threads will be moved to the snowflake sections if applicable. Read the new topic guidelines before you make a new thread. Here are our works in progress: New categories will be added. "Little Snowflakes" is too broad of a spectrum, so we're going to sort our flakes into a few sub-sections to keep things organized. We will also make more use of tags for those flakes who transcend categories. This will also allow us to appoint moderators to specific categories or snowflakes. New moderators will be onboarded soon.

First at all must be 100% sure its a pedophile or just a random stranger. Some may look like creepers but are not pedophiles.
Your friend should tell about it to her/his parents for sure.
Depend on the country how such things are dealed with. In some countries is the police immediately contacted.
The police will check the person, because of it can cause problems, if the person is innocent.
I think the parents will be the best to go to first.

I agree with this as well as do you know? Like is he known in the neighborhood as a pedo? Or is he just the weird guy from around the way that everybody stays clear of?

You can check if this person is a actual pedo by checking the sex registury in your state but be careful who you just flat out label a pedo.

A pedophile is into prepubescent children. Did you mean an ephebophile?

As far as dealing with it.. Your friend needs to make all of her accounts private for friends, family and people she already knows. If she is underage she should have these settings anyway.

Just curious, what did this person do? Calling someone a pedo is a big accusation and shouldn't be taken lightly.. Is this just some creep who likes your friend on social media or has he attempted contact (in person) with your friend?

Literally shut the fuck up, they're into children either way.

Ummm no. Ephebophiles are into teenagers and usually those teenagers can pass as adults. There is a HUGE fucking difference between being attracted to a 16 year old and a 6 year old. Pull your head out of your ass, please. (I think both are gross, in case you are confused.)

*edit*

Just adding that I can't believe how nasty your reply is. I didn't say I condone ephebophilia, I was merely telling the OP the correct term because they made it sound like some little kid is being attacked by a pervert. Since the age limit to post on PULL is 18, I am assuming OP's friend is closer to 18 than to 8. So the correct term is ephebophile, not pedophile. (Like Onision.)

Sorry you are so triggered9_9

wow that turned into something else quick. you give very little information regarding your situation it is too vague for anyone to give you some helpful advice. since I suspect you don't use the term ´´stalking´´ correctly if he just started talking to your friend today it wont classified by law(if you think of reporting that is) as ´´stalking´´, what has been done/said? if he made a sexual comment all you can do is report his profile and block him.  legal action will not be taken  in that case that is for sure. set your(and friend) profile private so that only your friends can comment on and see your pictures that is the only way to avoid any kind of creeps on facebook unless you add them as friends of course. if he is honestly stalking or threatening her, you can go to the police, but if you live in western or northern europe though you already know that would be a waste of time since stalking is only taken serious when it is too late here unfortunately.

Why do you think it's a pedophile?
Is it a neighborhood creep or a total stranger?
Did he talk to her directly or just lurk on her profile?

You have to reveal more details before people can give you advice.

Investigate them, I'm so sick of pedophiles still out on the loose. I have two stories but I'll put them in the hidden contents so they don't take up much space:

Alright so my first story is something that actually happened in my town several years ago, luckily the guy will/or already died in jail

So years back, my town had this old couple who owned a public pool and they had a son who many people knew, he was a bus driver at the local elementary and some people suspected some really strange things of him. First off, he would literally let children sit on his lap while he drove the bus, which is kind of strange, and second of all whenever he was at his parent's pool club there were always kids and he would take kids into the woods for a "game" of treasure hunt. Since most people knew the guy, rumors of him being a pedo were called out on, but nobody bothered to investigate until a year later after it was circulating for awhile, somebody finally looked into the case and found out the man had owned and took child pornography. (That was what he did in those "treasure hunt" games. He would have kids take off their swimwear and he'd photograph it.) Luckily he was immediately arrested and has several years in jail. I forget how many but he's still there as far as anybody knows.

Now onto my second story, which is more recent than the last one. I'm not sure how many people on this site use kik, but I use it pretty regularly and I used to be on several public group chats, and I often got invited to other ones too. Sometimes people invited me to other simple chats, and other times I would literally be put into gore chats, and one time I muted a random one that I had and I didn't bother to look into it until someone texted me asking what was going on in that specific chat, since they saw I was in it and they recognized me from another public chat. I was like well I'm not sure I'll look now (I think the chat was called like #jail6 or something like that, it's gone now tho) and I find out it is older men (least I'm assuming so) SENDING. CHILD. PORN. There were even videos of children being tortured and raped. It was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen. I immediately left the chat and reported it. I do NOT understand how anyone gets off to such things.
