Dunno if I'm surprised or not that Freddie didn't show/wasn't invited

Well, Lady Like copied some of Safiya's videos and shaded her in one of them, so it makes sense.

sorry if this has been discussed here before, but, in which video did they shade her?

So I was just wondering...
What are your opinions on Christine (simply nailogical) vlogging the wedding? Haven't seen it yet, but I just find the whole concept a bit weird. If my friend got married I would maybe film a little here and there  bit to remember the event, but I would never make a video for youtube. Not even if I was a big youtuber and my friend was one too. It's their day and I find it a bit narcissistic to put a 20 minute vlog about yourself on the internet.

it was actually pretty good. It was basically a million tiny clips put together.

Now that I saw it, it wasn't as bad as I thought.
It was mostly a travel vlog and the stuff from the wedding didn't feel intrusive.

I honestly didn't find narcissistic at all. It's more of the process of traveling + tiny clips of the wedding. And some interactions of Safiya and Christine pre-wedding.

Its on buzzfeed violet video - "The hardest would you rather for makeup addicts." It's at the end of the video @7:30 they were making fun saying "smash" the like button. Never mind the whole allegedly stealing video ideas

And when you compare it to the moment when Tyler's father says "sh-mash" in his Best Man's speech, you can see where it differs between shading an ex-coworker (by the buzzfeed crowd) and making a good-hearted joke for your son and his (new) wife.

Anyway, as much as I've been a bit disinterested in Saf's videos lately, the wedding was quite cute and really up to her likes and image. Glad that they're happy and I teared up a bit when they did (as I teared up at the proposal video back then).

But man did that bit about Tyler's shoes stress me out! They were probably more stressed than any of us about that but how did nobody think about him having any shoes for his own wedding? Isn't it part of his whole outfit? Like making sure he has a dress shirt, a tux/suit and SHOES?! (I'll admit I'm not a groom-to-be so it probably doesn't rank as high on the list of priorities but it still gave me second-hand anxiety!)

During my friend wedding one of the groomsman forgot his shoes as well. Nevermind duringK from the Try Guys wedding one of good groomsman forgot his pants so things like this happen lol

Yeah I bet it's more common then most people think. You just have to plan sooo much and trivial things like shoes are probably forgotten easily. Especially because you're stressed and nervous and so on

hey guys! i know this is really late but i was wondering if anyone had any idea abt when freddie and safiya stopped being friends

i know they no longer follow each other on social media, and they appeared in videos together even after she left buzzfeed, so i get like something major had to happen

Honestly the length of her videos stops me from ever clicking on her channel because I know it's going to be boring and repetitive and her monotone voice doesn't help. But I do think her and Tyler are a great couple and I'm happy for them

Agreed. Lately, her videos are so long, I either put 2x speed or just skip some of the unfunny jokes or the lenghty, sometimes boring, explanation. I like how she tries her best to explain all the things and her videos are consistent in quality, but maybe too consistent to the point of repetition.

Still, her wedding video was super sweet and you can tell how happy both Safiya and Tyler were.

I feel like even if you're a fan, you still end up zoning out during parts. I just don't have the attention span for her videos, but it's great background noise.

I hate that she says that wearing all black is a 'style'. No its what retired emo kids do, all of her outfits are cheap and ugly. You can pull off all black if you play with fabrics and accesoiries but she is just putting on cheap shit together
