Hi Everyone!  We've opened up an official discord. In order to join, you need to have posted at least 20 comments on PULL! This is to make sure we don't let in any flakes with ulterior motives. After joining, you will receive a DM with instructions on how to get verified! Also, your registration date needs to be earlier than December 2018 so that we don't get a ton of people signing up only to join the Discord but without actually contributing to PULL. Drop by and chat here: https://discord.gg/KDF2kt5 Also, we need to upgrade our server in the very near future. PULL grows bigger by the day (yay!) but  to handle the load, we need upgrades. For less than the cost of what you spend on Netflix, we can continue to host your content. Whether it's $1 or $5 a month, all gifts are appreciated. Please consider giving here: https://www.patreon.com/PULL We've also added a gofundme link: https://www.gofundme.com/PULLnet Thank you for your continued love and support!

Starting to get acne

So about a month ago I started to get acne, I'm not even a teen, I'm 23 so I got my hormones checked but they are fine, also my food intake is the same, my doctor wont get me an appointment with an specialist because 'my hormones are fine' but I'm still worried so I contacted a private hospital to ask for prices but I'm afraid it will be too much.

Do any of you have a good recomendation to stop it or not make it worse? Thank you ~

Acne can be caused by a wide variety of reasons, there is no way you can be properly evaluated in a forum like this. I have never heard of needing a doctor's referral to visit a dermatologist, but it may be different in countries other than my own. At least here in the US, many places offer low cost or even free consultations. There are even online sources now where you can speak with a dermatologist and send them photos, although I don't know how effective they are, from the looks of it they are pretty inexpensive too.

I can't speak with that much property since I'm not a dermatologist, but acne usually has multiple factors leading to it. You say your diet hasn't changed, but did you start taking any medicine at all (even vitamins, suplements and such)? It could be a side effect in this case; hormonal birth control is guilty of that as well. Also, if you changed your skin care and/or makeup routine, it could be the reason why (check for any new products you bought, maybe something in the formula is triggering it). Besides, stress can lead to acne as well.

In any case, it's better to see a doctor, especially if over the counter medication isn't helping. Just be gentle with your skin (no harsh exfoliating and cleansing products) in the mean time, and try to reduce dairy from your diet.

I dont take any new suplements or medicine, I think it may be stress but I will consult with a dermatologist even if I have to pay I guess.
