How do you delete a post you made? It was one of my first and I made a new topic when I should have posted in general.

I posted it in the general thread so I’ll delete this one I guess. Sorry, I haven’t been on here in a while

In a few of Venus Angelic’s recent videos, she claims to have had illegal stomach surgery in an attempt to lose weight. She shows emancipated pictures of herself (trigger warning), and also claims the doctor that performed the surgery has been arrested and jailed. Venus says it was a botched job. I feel bad for her if this is the truth. She made some admittedly cringey videos in the hospital with her stuffed animals set up in the background. In one of the titles she claims not to have eaten for 31 days. In my opinion, I can relate to restrictive behaviors with food and my own daily struggle with body image as many of us do, but this seems like a death sentence. She mentions that this surgery gave her a large scar similar to a C-section but doesn’t show it. Not that she has to expose her body, but it may add some credibility. I guess I’m just skeptical considering all the exaggeration that usually comes with upholding the ‘living doll’ persona, although I do wish her health and happiness.
Her latest video she disclosed her decision to stay at a friend’s house while she works through some emotional issues. Nothing wrong with that in theory, but her friends seem like an echo-chamber for her emotionally driven choices. There’s some awkward conversational competition while they each wait impatiently to speak, and her friend stares creepily at her.
Additionally, she uploaded a video called “I Don’t Want to Die” where she talks about being put on depression medication. I’m sure many of us can relate to this struggle, but I don’t think we would have made a video about it while cradling a stuffed animal in low lighting.
Venus has been the least offensive to me of all the characters on PULL, but the topics of her videos lately have been (more) odd and (more) dramatic.. I recognize she’s going through A LOT. Especially for someone with her emotional maturity. I do think she’s more intelligent than she lets on, but her choices don’t really reflect that. At times, I’ve felt she’s more candid than other girls who emulate Shimmering Fetus Aliens. But her recent videos seem falsely forthright. How much can we know I suppose from picturesque, staged snapshots of her life.

Thank you so much! I’m sorry I didn’t reply, I guess it’s been two years now..oops! I did step out into the real world and now I’m working toward my dreams, which has been stressful but very much worth it. Back to ride the wave on PULL! Bwahaha.

Was looking through her recent IG posts. Since joining PULL, I've really been noticing her jaw and Photoshopping.
In the first picture, you can see that she's hiding her jaw with her hair.
In the second, there has been obvious smoothing, not only to the facial surface, but of her jawline as well.
In the third picture, she has no jawline and a go-go-gadget extendo chin.
A short post, but I wanted to contribute.
Afterthought- she really needs to cut back on the saturation and exposure of her pictures and videos.

In my opinion, she looks so much better before aher "beauty guru" days really took off.
Look at her in the DDR video. Her hair covers a lot of her face, so she may feel some level of insecurity, but she is obviously not unattractive. If she hadn't followed the path she chose with surgery and over the top "lifestyle" choices, imagine how much more genuine she would be.
I say genuine because to me she comes across as ingenuine most of the time. She admits to being a shy and socially awkward person, and I'm sure many can relate (I 100% can). Otherwise, she seems to be living a life meant for someone else. Perhaps the person she wanted to be- and unfortunately the person she wants to be isn't realistic, heartfelt, and lacks substance.
Invest in your true self, not a false projection.

I respect your post, and did consider her English may play a part. For me, it's the tone she speaks in.

    My thoughts on Valeria:
I've been following material promoting, degrading, exposing and attempting to hide her for about one year now, to give some insight about how I came to form these opinions.
•She is most likely a racist, due to her obession with purity regarding apprearance. If she was genuinely concerned with enlightenment of the soul, I personally do not believe that racism has anything to do with spiritual growth.
•Based on what we know about her family life, someone must have hurt her in her past and given her long lasting problems that have developed over the years into something like a personality disorder. I do feel for those who struggle with all mental illnesses, though it does not excuses behaviors that harm others or themselves.
•Her Photoshopping has been a long standing problem. If she had focused on her natural beauty from the beginning instead of her unnatural beauty, think about how different her reputation regarding her external person would be.
•About her spirituality: Let me begin by stating that I do not believe in a god of any kind, and therefore the only advice I have on religion is to quit it cold turkey. That being said, I was raised around many types of people, and many cultures and religions, and was taught to appreciate a person's essence, because everyone has something you can learn from them. Those dedicated to spiritual enlightenment are less focused on the outside and more focused on the inside- the inside being important details and the real truths of themselves and their environment. I see her obsession with displaying her passion for religions she enjoys through adorning her body with costumes and makeup meant to mold her into what she wants to be.
But you cannot love yourself after the growth. Real growth is achieved when it has the foundation of love.
That is why she's become this way.

I've just recently started watching her videos, and the other day began following her on Instagram. She seems to be enjoying herself, and there's no doubt she's adorable. I do feel that personally she speaks in a way that is too young for her age sometimes, but that's quite a common trait among people in the kawaii subculture.
Yes, her dresses and outfits seem like they would not see the end of the week- at least in my life! I see nothing wrong with being an aspiring seamstress, but is she really claiming to be a fashion designer?
I just saw the leg pictures. What is she thinking? She obviously has body image problems, and she shouldn't (though body image problems are not necessarily a choice) which is sadly not uncommon. But it is very obvious that some editing has taken place.
    Tsk, tsk.
She's 25? She should not be acting this way in my opinion, as far as her fashion choices and the attitude of her online presence.
25 is in no way old. My point is that 25 is the age of a grown individual.
For a bit of an exaggerated perspective, it reminds me of older women who act like and wear the clothes of young girls because they think it's charming. This red dress is perfectly age appropriate. But I would argue that the cat cosplays, eating from a pet dish, and toddler level sentence forming is not on the maturity level an average 25 year old should possess.
I think I once defended her through a YouTube comment when her choice to call quinoa "tiny rice" was criticized by the man she lives with, but I hadn't seen many other videos by her. I didn't realize that she does "baby talk" so often.

    Introduction.
    Hello PrettyUglyLittleLiars contributors,
Somehow, I always find my way back to this website. Over the past year, I've been interested in watching and following the mixed-bag lives of "living dolls" and other such personalities. In particular, Venus Angelic and Valeria Lukyanova. I'm an extremely introverted and reserved person, although I do wish to have my own video channel and blog someday, as well as a shop for my art, music and creations. I'm not normally a drama-follower..so here goes nothing! 🙃
    See you in the threads.
