I see a lot of responses saying stuff like “well would Tati have spoken out about his predatory behavior if the sugarbear thing didn’t happen?” And stuff like “would these people be speaking out if the bandwagon didn’t exist now?”
The thing is, its extremely hard to just come out and expose a person like that. It takes a lot of bravery from the exposer, and it also takes a lot of betrayal and ugly behavior over time from the one being exposed. Eventually the exposer gets fed up/angry, and a lot of times after something big happens. And that’s where the sugarbear thing  comes in. I’m sure if the sugarbear incident wasn’t the specific thing to put her over the edge, it would have been something else eventually. He was acting like a shit for a long time.
Tati specifically said the sugarbear thing was like the straw that broke the camel’s back. It was her last straw, the end of her rope, and took the last of her patience. After all of his choices, behavior and using Tati, she was finally done with him and ready to say something. And I don’t blame her after hearing her side of things.
The reason we now have other people coming forward is because Tati laid out stepping stones for anyone else to do the same. Like I said it’s hard to come out and expose awful behavior. A lot of people feel safer and less afraid to say something when there’s other people who are in the same boat as you.
Anyway, I was never a James fan but I respected him because of his supposed sobriety. I felt it was a good example for a younger audience. My respect is totally out the window now though, and I’ve been happily watching his sub count drop on Socialblade. He’s egotistical as fuck, he’s a user, and worst of all he’s a fucking predator.

I get that big, plump lips are “in” now, but her lips looked so much better before she blew them up. Smaller lips really weren’t that bad on her, and it’s super clear now that we see what they look like after she’s gotten them done.

The way she’s done her eyes makes her look like an insect.

She didn’t have part of her stomach removed during the illegal surgery, but she did have a huge section of it stapled. She included a diagram of it... I’m trying to find it. This is why there was the issue with the staples coming undone and the food she was eating was falling into the stapled off section of her stomach. There was a pocket of her stomach that the food was falling into and it had no where to go, hence her throwing it all up. During that surgery she also had a part of her intestines removed. The doctor also removed a couple of other organs without her consent.
At one point someone reuploaded that surgery video to YouTube, but their channel has since been terminated.
Ok so I found the photo Venus included in that video (I sent a screenshot to my Mom at one point cuz we were talking about it). It shows how the majority of her stomach was stapled so food would pass right through to her remaining intestines:

I feel bad at this point for Ariana concerning the way her fans act. Cuz she’s told them so many times to chill out and not attack people. Like I don’t know what else she’s supposed to do at this point. She can’t personally babysit/control all of them with the way the behave and speak. It sucks.
Imo, it’s disrespectful of her fans to continue acting in such an ugly way even after she’s asked them MULTIPLE times not to. That’s partly why I dislike her fan base and choose to distance myself from it. They’re pretty toxic. And I think most of them have to be pretty young because adults don’t really get that defensive and nasty over their favorite artists from what I’ve seen.

Yeah I think her most recent acting gig was on Scream Queens, and before that she appeared in one of the Zoolander movies (you can find clips on YouTube). She has also done a lot of skits with shows like SNL and Jimmy Fallon. I think she’s pretty good in the skits, personally. Some of them have involved her singing voice as well.
    Singer impressions skit with SNL
    Judy Garland skit with SNL
Sound of Music skit with SNL
Celebrity Family feud skit with SNL

Yes, let’s encourage the mentally ill youth who’s isolating herself and and showing suicidal ideations to habitually get piss drunk for the amusement of others.

Yeah that’s him. If you scroll down to the beginning of his Instagram feed, there’s old pics of him and Jessica. He followed me back too after I followed him a few years ago.

The horns make no sense in the context of her being dressed as black hole-chan, which itself is a dumb concept anyway.

I totally understand that concern, and I agree it can be unhealthy. But I’d hope that for most people it would be common sense that many celebrities look the way the do because of surgery, photo editing, and in many situations a combination of the two. I’d also hope that for younger fans their parents or elder siblings are teaching them this.
I can also understand that for some individuals, even if they’re aware the celebrities they look up to have had work done, they still feel self conscious and bad about themselves for not looking the same way. But at the same time, I don’t feel that that’s the particular celebrity’s fault.
But all this is assuming that Ariana Grande personally had work done, and the changes we are seeing from her younger self to now aren’t all just editing. From what I’ve heard, she’s very particular with how photos of her are taken and edited. I honestly have no idea whether or not I believe she had work done.
This pretty much a side note, but I realized that this thread doesn’t really contain any “no makeup pics” of her so I’m gonna provide some. These are screen caps of her no tears left to cry behind the scenes video part 2, when they had to create a mold of her face and she couldn’t wear any makeup:

I don’t even understand why people even care if celebs get work done. Doesn’t really matter whatsoever. If people wanna claim she did or she didn’t and make photo comparisons, it doesn’t really disprove or prove anything. I personally have no idea if she had or if she hasn’t, and I don’t really care either. It’s something that so many people do, not just celebs, and I can’t understand why people dwell on it so much.
It’s also no one’s business besides the person who got the work done, and no one is entitled to know if they did. Took me awhile to reach that realization, but it’s fact.

People like that person who think that they’re entitled to information just because Eugenia has shared her life online are the worst.
Also it’s so rich how they claimed they didn’t post that video for money, yet they have ads rolling on it. And saying how the most they ever made on a video was like $200 and they typically make that in a day at their job. What a scum bag, dude. I’m disgusted.
Also there’s this guy who claims Eugenia is lying, and says they used to be “friends” cuz they talked once like 3 years ago. Jesus people are taking this shit too far.

Well her sub count is going up again! Weird considering it was dropping so drastically to where she even lost 1000+ in a single day a couple times. I wonder why it’s suddenly going up again.

if that’s how I made it seem, then it wasn’t my intention. I never actually specified what my personal feelings on the song were. I personally was excited for it before it came out, and was disappointed when it was just about sex when it could have been something different.
I was trying to convey that if people think it’s personally empowering or inspiring to them it’s fine, and it’s not really up to anyone to decide if it is or not for other people. I’m not saying everyone needs to feel that it’s empowering. People will see things the way they want and just because one person says it is or it isn’t, that doesn’t make it so.
And the thing is, you’re right, it’s not taboo for artists like Madonna or Ariana to talk about sex ANYMORE. At lot of work had to be done and progress had to be made to get to that point, is what I meant.

@suzu Women in music have been creating sexually empowering music for years. Like hello? Madonna? And a lot of women/people in general think of it as inspiring or empowering. People like her helped give women a voice when it came to things about them that were considered “taboo”. Not everyone will feel the same about it but this sort of thing is nothing new.
The thing that really upset some individuals with that song was her saying that god is a woman. I saw countless religious people commenting on her stuff about how god isn’t a woman lol

I don’t think she herself ever tried to claim that her music is super “earth shattering” or inspiring though? Isn’t that what other people and critics say? And to say she doesn’t have ANY inspiring songs isn’t true, just look at no tears left to cry which was all about banishing sadness and negativity and being in a positive state of mind. There’s Be Alright which was essentially an anthem about, well, that you’re ok and everything will be fine. Then there’s Get Well Soon, Sweetener, Breathin... She mostly sings love songs but she’s made lots of other songs too that focus on positivity, feeling safe, etc.
Also the song 7 Rings wasn’t her idea. She bought the rings for her friends and then one of her friends (either Courtney or Victoria I believe?) said “this should be a song”. All that is on Twitter. (also why does it matter if she’s spending a bunch of money on her friends or not? Courtney did once say that she dropped her phone in front of Ariana, so Ariana bought her a brand new one. Plus she spent Christmas with her friends/family... But at the end of the day, why does it matter??)
Also I think it’s safe to say that you shouldn’t look to celebrities to be role models... not a single one of them is a perfect person (not that one needs to be perfect to be a role model). But they’re just human beings, and I think better role models to have would be great achievers in things like medicine, science, education... Hell, most people’s parents or family member would be better role models than a celebrity whom you don’t really know what they’re like aside from what they show the public.
What I do respect about her is yes, she’s been through shit, and so has everyone else. And because of this she’s constantly using her huge platform to remind people to take time for themselves, their mental health, and their healing.

She’s not selling the ones she’s wearing in the photo. She’s just modeling new merch that is available on her website.
Anyway, unrelated to the post I quoted. I’m not really a fan of hers, though I do find her interesting. But I kinda like the balisong (butterfly knife) necklaces she’s started selling on her site. They seem quite nicely made. According to the listing, they’re made of 925 silver with rhodium plating and have cubic zirconia stones along with a laser engraving that says “Elita”. She’s been posting pics of the necklace on her story and showing a guy wearing one who she calls her partner in crime. So I assume she has a BF? Sorry if that’s already been established.

I love necklaces and lowkey I want one

Tons of artists still work with that piece of shit (Chris Brown). I’m not surprised by it anymore. Still somewhat shocked he hasn’t been blacklisted though.

Ariana has definitely been super emotional during this tour and Coachella. I agree she maybe should have taken more time before touring, for the sake of her mental health. Not only is her mental health not 100% at the moment, but during the tour she’s also singing heavily personal songs about the shit she’s gone through. Not sure how helpful that would be to her... I mean she literally chokes through that line about Mac in thank u, next and sometimes can’t even get it out at all. There’s even certain songs she just hasn’t performed, like ghostin (which she said in her Zack Sang interview she doesn’t even listen to because she can’t. And she had to be drunk to get through making it).
I guess what I’m getting at is she’s clearly still recovering from everything that’s happened to her and I’m not sure how helpful this super personal tour is for her. But then again even if she HAD taken more time for her mental health before this tour, maybe singing these songs would have drudged up everything again and she’d still be very emotional.
And as a side note, I’m not surprised she decided to take the gig at Coachella. She’s now the youngest person in history to headline the festival and that’s a pretty big deal. She’s been achieving a lot and I’m happy for her for that.

I don’t think Venus has ever really been stable or happy sadly, even after getting away from Maggot. One of the biggest indicators of that was the fact she went and got that terrible illegal surgery (essentially just a mutilation) after escaping to Japan. She was still struggling in a lot of ways and clearly wasn't in a good place mentally.

@temato I mean it’s been a while since she said the stuff about them still being together and him wanting her to explore her sexuality.
Wouldn't she still be saying they’re together if it were still the case? Cuz now she’s saying it’s private... which just leads to the suspicion that they split.
Also sorry if I seem to focused on this, I just really get the gut feeling. But I could be wrong.
