I don't think people in this thread blindly support her every decision. Most of us just want her to recover and live a happy (and healthy) life. Seeing that she has relapsed is heartbreaking. I hope she manages to get back on the right track, and that she has a good support system around her.
I'm disgusted and tired of grown ass women acting inappropriately towards some of the young male actors in "Stranger Things" and "IT". So seeing Kenna leave somewhat inappropriate comments makes me uncomfortable, and I'm glad people are calling her out. Yes, Kenna, some of these actors are cute - the same way my 12 year old brother is cute. It just makes me go "aww!". None of them cause my heart to skip a beat or whatever you meant by your comment, because they are literally kids. Please, choose your words more carefully.
Yes! The clinic seems shady and has several negative reviews which you can read about here. One of the reviews literally says the following: "If you are not asian, then DO NOT get your nose surgery done in Korea. And if you are asian, don't go to Cindy Clinic! They don't have enough experience on non-asian noses." This is why I don't mind people talking about their surgery, unless they are outright mean. I think Sonia's nose job could have been done much better by a surgeon who had more experience with western (?) faces. Idk, them blindly promoting the clinic seems kinda.. unethical in my opinion? Like, I genuinely hope they don't convince any of their followers to get a procedure at the same clinic.
I apologize if this sounds dehumanizing, but their nose jobs were a part of a deal. As far as I know, they got free procedures and would promote the clinic in return. I guess you could say that their nose jobs are "products" that they are advertising (and will advertise for the rest of their lives). I think people would talk less about their noses, if they paid for the nose jobs with their own money. I feel like most of the people in this thread are very open minded when it comes to plastic surgery, it's just the process that was very questionable and somewhat shady in this case. Btw; I think they look so good with long, dark hair.
Omg, these lense wearing IG models are wild. I think looking racially ambiguous is really trendy atm, which is kinda sad? I don't think an ethnicity (is that the right term?) should be a trend and I wish everyone would just embrace their own features. The before pictures kinda do look like him. I agree with what the posters above me have said; I def think he is getting lip fillers, but I doubt he has gotten a nose job. I honestly think the fillers, his tan and his perm are what together make the big difference. And the lenses ofc. Like all other IG models, I think he photoshops his pics, but he looks v similar in his vids.
I'm anticipating your review, Blair! But lol, I expected the book to be a lot thicker. How many pages is it? I'm gonna be honest and say that I'm really side-eyeing everything about that book, but I hope it is a good read.
Slightly ot: That hair color looks really good on her! Anyway, I think that video is really uh bad becaaaause: 1) Gay parades all over the world are different, mainly due to culture I think. I'm straight, but I have seen many gay parades in different sized cities. While all of them have been more appropriate than inappropriate (I hope this makes sense), the ones in the bigger cities were the "wildest". Just because you had a negative experience at a gay pride parade, it doesn't make all pride parades bad. I think they are very important to the LGBT-community, especially in places where people in those communities face oppression. 2) Not everyone attending the parade is like that. While I agree with the fact that people shouldn't act "sexual" around children, especially in the ways that were shown in the videos, it's not like everyone walking behaved in such a way. I think that the minority is ruining it for the majority in this case? I'm not sure at all though, as I have never attended such a big parade in such a liberal place. I just really hate how generalizing she is in this video. Like, yes some person said they were trans and left their family to live as a little girl, but that doesn't reflect the trans community at all! So why bring it up? People of all gender identities, and sexual orientations for that sake, do weird stuff. Idk, I feel like she has some good points, but she is just so incredibly generalizing which makes it hard for me to agree with her?
I'm getting kinda worried too, as she hasn't been active in almost a month. I mean it's totally fine if she wants to take a break from social media and focus on her health, but the last time she took a break like this it was because of a suicide attempt. I just want her to be happy, safe and healthy.
