I don't think her features look that different in the first and last pic. The main thing is that her toothy smile in the second photo is pretty unflattering and she lightens and smooths her skin a lot. She should learn to apply foundation better, because she looks pretty crusty unfiltered.

The person in the picture with Mei is the younger brother, not the older sister. Mei hasn't had any pictures, videos, etc. of her older sister, presumably because of their family drama.

You also need to submit your real name and address when submitting a DMCA, so Michelle should have Nami's info as well, I believe.

From what was posted, Knite didn't get angry and replied fairly politely, which is all I expect from internet personalities. There's nothing wrong with deleting rude comments: it's not a right to have your comment on someone else's photo. Them being an internet personality doesn't change anything; it's not like having a lot of followers stops you from being annoyed by harassment. Since Knite has stated publicly before that they edit and they've participated in Deerstalker videos, I don't read this situation as hiding the fact that they edit.

She should dispute the DMCA with youtube rather than talk it through with Nami. It's clear that Nami did the claim vindictively and isn't planning to take any blame. Since the DMCA is false, if she disputes it youtube will likely put the video back up and remove any strikes.

Honestly I think this is kind of rude to comment on their picture (or anyone's picture). It comes off as harassing them and frankly I'd block and delete it too if I was in their shoes.

I've only seen these from the lolcow thread sadly.

From what I remember, Zeal's original post was a PSA saying something like women should be careful and protect themselves (this was after a sexual assault incident or accusation happened, I believe). Mei's post was saying how people shouldn't be "victim blaming" and guys shouldn't be assaulting people in the first place. Zeal's response was something along the lines that she wasn't victim blaming, and even if guys shouldn't assault people, it was foolish to think that people weren't going to and girls should make sure to protect themselves anyways since the world isn't an ideal place. I forget what the rest of the back and forth was about because it was pointless.

It’s been stated previously in the thread, but Zeal and Mei used to be best friends, then had a severe falling out to the point where they wouldn’t associate with each other at all. Although Zeal and her were no longer on speaking terms, they still had each other on Facebook, and Mei took offense to something Zeal had posted. Mei then vague posted talking shit about Zeal’s post, and Zeal replied in kind (vague posting back). It went back and forth, with Mei’s friends joining in and vague posting about Zeal’s post as well.
In that vein, Mei has a history of ruined friendships and went through 1 set of best friends per year (having dramatic fall outs with them each time). She was also known for being hard to work with and petty, so exactly how she’s been portraying herself in this situation with Karen. In the earlier days of her youtube channel she was constantly talking bad about her fans on Facebook. After a few of her statuses were screenshotted, she quickly deleted her account.

I agree with what he said. Mei was the one who decided to go public, she should be able to apologize publicly as well. They don't owe her anything to keep it to DMs when Mei didn't have the courtesy to DM them herself in the first place. Mei's "apology" is making it all about herself and using "defending a friend" as an excuse to justify her actions. In her statement, she doesn't actually apologize once. I can't imagine if someone else like Kenna had posted that type of "apology" that people would be defending her.

Didn't they say that she apologized through DM? I'd be pretty miffed too if I supposedly worked something out with someone through DM with an apology, then they pulled a 180* and posted that type of non-apology excuse on their story instead.

Yikes Mei, what a bad look.
It’s super tacky of her to think that such a basic concept is her original do not steal ideal, but at the same time I’m not all that surprised since this was the same type of petty attitude she had back in the cosplay community. People don’t change, I suppose.

She sounds like the really bad, forced happy voiceover voice from the kawaii.i videos.

It's definitely possible to alter your features through video. Take a look at Dakota Rose's vlogs.

Frankly, this type of vibe and look is a dime a dozen and I've seen tons of basic Asian IG girls with the exact same type of pictures and fashion. I don't see anything particularly unique enough to say that she's being copied.

There are also ripoffs of this shirt on taobao and aliexpress for much cheaper; I think it's more likely that she buys from there.

He’s known to be a social climbing scumbag. Started a really bad “anime t-shirt brand”, where he was selling traced art and only took it down after he got posted on @vendorpolice on instagram and got called out on 4chan. He was friends with and in the same photography lewds group as Richard Bui called “After Dark”, and without fail, every single photographer in there has been outed as a creep and scumbag.

Frankly her being an ambassador for Irregular Choice, aka promoting them in exchange for free shoes, would be a huge rip off (for her). Kenna has 400k followers and 5-10% interaction rate. She would easily be able to be paid $2k-$4k for a single instagram post alone. I’ve seen influencers with half her followers and around the same interaction rate get paid at least $1k for an instagram post, not to mention that she has an even larger following on Youtube to account for as well. I don’t doubt the brands she tags like yesstyle or youmivi pay her well through affiliate codes or per video as well. Making multiple posts as a promoter in exchange for $600 in shoes is not worth it at all.

DojaCat is the girl who made the "Bitch I'm a Cow" song that went viral the past week or two. Basically Mikan is saying she doesn't support DojaCat anymore.

According to her twitter post in this article https://dotesports.com/general/news/sneakys-back-to-cosplaying-but-this-time-hes-not-alone? , I think it might be for her patreon, rather than his.
It's a little funny seeing their posts. She couldn't become efamous by getting boosted and streaming as a "diamond" support, like most of the other twitch league girls, so she had to find another way...

On this note, my friend sent me these screenshots that were going around in the Vietnam cosplay community.  The candid picture is from one of Hana’s exes.

Hana Dinh / Hana Bunny Cosplay
Instagram / Twitter / Facebook Page / Facebook / Patreon
Hana Bunny is a female Vietnamese cosplayer located in Northern California. She mainly cosplays lewd characters for her patreon, and her patreon is currently the 6th highest earning patreon for adult-oriented cosplay.
    Evidence of Snowflakery:
    - excessive photoshopping
    - lying about photoshop
    - lying about making cosplays
    Exhibit A - Photoshopping
Hana photoshops every single photo posted, even ones that she implies are "fan photos" or candids. She frequently untags herself from real fan photos and photographer photos.
As a guest at Anime Matsuri, April 2018:
    Crunchyroll Expo, August 2017:
    Hydracon, June 2017:
    Fanime, May 2017:
She has made mention of photoshopping before, but lies about her usage and is hypocritical about it.
Exhibit B - Lying (besides about photoshop)
Recently, she posted a photo about almost being done with a cosplay, implying that she was making the costume.
However, after looking more closely, it was clear that this costume was bought from taobao, and Hana was pretending to make the costume (or at least implying that she did).
Additional comparison, where she's not wearing the costume correctly:

I think you have to keep in mind that this is a collaboration between two channels, not a real "interview". Jeffree isn't going to agree to collaborate with Shane if all Shane does is make him uncomfortable. The series is mainly made for entertainment. If you take a look at his past youtuber series, it's more of the same.

I think t's understandable why most people keep their tagged photos off; most bigger instagrammers I see keep their tagged photos set to approved only or constantly monitor them because people like to tag them in unrelated spam pictures, their own selfies (solo ones, not with the instagrammer in question), inappropriate photos, etc.

I don't know much about her, but her photos scare me when I see them on my explore feed. The way she edits her face is unnerving, and it kind of looks like her face is melting off or pasted on in some pics.
