We've heard you loud and clear - negative reputation is back. Remember that it's still against the rules to complain about being downvoted - if you think someone's mass-downvoting posts or otherwise abusing the reputation system, DM a mod and we will take care of it.
I've been an NCTzen since debut and I just ended up just choosing my favourite sub unit/members and occasionally I'll catch up with others if they release something or pop up in my recommended. I still listen to music from all units and will look forward to their comebacks but I'm WayV-biased so I usually only really focus on what they're up to and maybe a few other members that I have an individual interest in. I'm not really up-to-date with dream or 127 in terms of events, interviews, shows etc. Also agree with your opinion on rotational units, I hope SM remembers they debuted NCT U some day.
Thiiiiiiiiiiis. The bar is literally in hell. All you have to do is talk fast and/or have a deep voice and stans will act like you invented rap. There are a few really good rappers in kpop groups but it's uncommon and for the vast majority it's mediocre at best. I don't understand why literally every group needs rappers when most of them can't rap and would be fine without them.
I actually worry for some kpop stans on twitter sometimes because they're straight up worshipping idols now. Constantly being in that community and having your toxic behaviour encouraged by everyone around you can't be healthy. I'm seeing replies on reposts of Cierra's apology by angry blinks who genuinely want her to lose her job, talking about how "karma" will eventually get to her. Twitter stans are actually fucking insane and have to be detached from reality at this point. You want somebody to lose their livelihood because they were rightfully upset that somebody potentially stole something that they worked hard on and got all the praise and credit for it? Either these people are very young and don't understand the implications of what they wish on people or they've gone crazy.
I know he's mainly a dancer but I really like Felix's singing voice and I wish Stray Kids did more with it rather than always just using him as the guy with the super deep cave voice. Sure I love his rapping voice too but idk I wish they gave him more opportunities to try new things sometimes. He sounded so good in hero's soup, pleaaaaase jyp/bang chan/whoever.
TBH I prefer him being in WayV instead of 127. He seems way more comfortable and he's actually getting lines now. I'm not saying he was unhappy in 127, being in a chinese unit just seems like a better fit for him. Plus I don't think he's allowed to actively promote in a korean and chinese group at the same time (I might be wrong on that? Something about China's relationship with kpop) and it's easier for him to stick to one unit than to keep having to alternate between two and overwork himself. I do really miss the WinWin x 127 interactions tho.
