We've heard you loud and clear - negative reputation is back. Remember that it's still against the rules to complain about being downvoted - if you think someone's mass-downvoting posts or otherwise abusing the reputation system, DM a mod and we will take care of it.
Woah where is her philtrum/cupid's bow? Also the turtleneck is totally in the style of vintage Mickey Mouse club, you know, a kid's show. (That alone isn't a bad thing but this woman is midtwenties and still thinks that "I'm a kid inside" is a personality trait.)
She has at least flirted with the style of that type of post in the past. There was a Kenna era where she did a lot of iffy poses in their style. I think it was her in some pink pjs? Also, the tilted mirror thing. I wouldn't go as far as to say she's pro-ED, but maybe she likes the aesthetic? She doesn't exactly seem to care about things morally, but for how many social media points she can get (buddha head, art theft & pretending that never happened, not following cruelty free makeup-only while claiming to, fauxpology, faupology 2.0, that time people wondered if she was eating meat in a cute Japanese restaurant). Personally, I'd liken it to some clueless teen wearing a headdress at a festival because they saw others wearing headdresses at a festival. It's not socially acceptable to do, but she likely isn't thinking about it too deeply. (At least I hope she's not into that unhealthy stuff)
Images from the main thread side by side for comparison. It's one thing to buy from the kids' section because you're petite. I knew a couple women who did that- one with shoes and one with clothes (they somehow managed to dress their age and look stylish while shopping in that section btw), but it's another to posture about it. We've seen Kenna's candids. We know that she doesn't look like that petite irl (above image plus that one where everyone was commenting on how slim she was pretending to be). I'm not impressed. Why can't anything be normal with Kenna? She can't just be petite and shop in the kids' section out of necessity like other petite women, she has to post herself in a toddler's shirt (don't remember where to find that post). She has to be the one buying the LAST kids' dress at an exclusive disney store.
Sick of non-tea and speculations in the main thread, as that's what this thread is for. If Kenna intends to use a real publisher, she better get her book written and go over it a couple times to make it coherent, write her marketing plan (not just "sell it to my followers lol") then take it to an agent by July. I've read it can take months to find an agent and months to get a book deal. Half a year doesn't seem to be unusual, according to what I've read. If she intends to go the self-publishing route, she better get it done asap and stop acting like a butt on social media, because she'll have to market the hell out of her book all by herself, at least if she wants to make any money from it (parents & inheritance run out eventually, especially when you're living the high life and traveling around the world several times a year). No more insulting followers, broken promises, or barely posting each month. Regular insta/youtube with a plug for her book at the end of it. Pleasant content, like she used to make, minus the art theft. Maybe a couple of meetups irl with her fans (she could do a reading), print-on-demand merchandise in the book's style (all this would be good for a marketing plan anyways. Are you reading this Kenders? Take notes.) effort to keep her fans interested and thinking positively about her. I just don't think she is going to do it. Over the years, we've seen her do less, not more. I don't think this book is going to be some sort kick in the butt for her career and I don't think she's going to change a damn thing. Her autism diagnosis, real or fake, is what sealed it for me. She's looking for excuses why she's failing at stuff rather than looking for ways she might succeed. It'll be 2035 and she'll still be "totally about to publish a book, guys!"
I agree. She could go in-depth with her interests and learn new things rather than watch the same thing on repeat (which is fun, I'll admit). If she didn't already have the habit of being surface-level obsessed with whatever trendy thing she thinks would make her look good, I'd recommend she dig deeper into Frozen. Find the fairy tale it's based off. Find other renditions of that. Learn about the general time and place the Disney movie signals with the setting. Maybe try making some themed recipes? (Is she still vegetarian?) It could be the basis for good content. Sure, you can watch the same movie over and over, but it's not really the sort of thing you need to share on instagram.
It doesn't really work like that unless you are in a city or close by a city. There isn't much public transportation outside of highly developed areas in the US. I think Kenna lives in some area where rich people larp as country folk, so while the roads might be decent, there probably are fewer public transportation options
