Hi all, I paid the server bill for the month so the site can be archived, sorry for the mess, didn't realize there'd be such an uproar. The site's in read-only mode. Happy archiving. Here's a link to a user-made PULL discord server: https://discord.gg/vZFEm75
This is getting off topic, idk if that person is being intentionally obtuse or not but there are plenty of legitimate reasons why we should be concerned about Yumi being a neglectful/abusive parent that has nothing to do with lolita fashion. The woman is almost 30 and can't even take care of her own basic needs. Instead of a child what she needs is an adult education facility so she can competently do things on her own without splenda or her mother.
She's probably getting alot more positive feedback because she's in phase one of her cycle again. She's clearly trying to make better food choices with what she cooks. Although she needs to learn how to cook it'll reinforce good eating habits if your homemade food actually tastes good. She still needs to cut back on eating out.
Can we get a Shane Dawson x Fab Five collab? Make it a six part docuseries where he showers, puts on clothes that aren't raggedy, learns to cook, and goes to therapy. Edit: could you imagine the amount of times "oh my gaawwdd" would be said between Shane and JVN?
Bubz has such a victim complex. That fan was just concerned Bubz wasn't being genuine and trying to put out "good vibz" even if she wasn't feeling particularly positive. They even said they didn't mean their criticism in a mean or negative way. Goo Hara wasn't just getting hate comments (lbr Bubz doesn't get hate she gets valid criticisms) she was also being sexually harassed by her ex with the sex tape, was already suicidal, lost a dear friend of hers, and never got the help she needed. They don't compare at all.
She really needs a refresher course in stranger danger. Sharing cute/embarrassing photos of your kids in their birthday suit when they're very young privately amongst immediate family members is one thing (I'm sure we all have photos with our bare butts as babies in our parents homes somewhere). But sharing those kinds of photos on a public platform for thousands of followers is not okay. Who knows how many predators follow her specifically to look at her children. Imo her kids shouldn't be even remotely involved in her socials media platform or at least not without her censoring their faces like most other reasonable adults with large followings do. She's putting her kids at risk for being hurt either by a stranger or someone horrible enough to try and befriend her to get close enough to those children unsupervised (like a babysitter). Idk maybe I'm being overly cautious but things like that happen to regular people without any sort of following all the time.
Jaclyn got so much backlash because she has a consistent track record for having subpar quality issues with every makeup collaboration and launch she's ever been involved in. She also lies as naturally as she breathes and went on to block people who called her out for her contaminated products before ditching social media altogether. There's still allegations going around that her fans haven't been refunded for their contaminated lipsticks to this day and she has the audacity to post videos of herself using $100 bills as napkins. If it had been another beauty influencer (man or woman) I have no dount people would have been much more forgiving and would have saw this as a learning experience. As for Jeffree, yes, people are far too afraid to call him out. Unlike Jaclyn he has the wealth, status, and connections in the industry as a makeup manufacturer (not just an influencer) to severely hinder other's careers. He owns up to his mistakes and quality control issues just enough for people to think "oh there was an issue with manufacturing but he investigated and is fixing the problem" despite not really doing so. The whole collab with Shane was purely a cash grab imo. Shane (until this last series) was very likable and had a very loyal following. That's why despite his palette being ugly with a nearly unusable color story for amateur makeup enthusiasts it sold out. It's why Jeffree can get away with putting the root beer shade in both palettes and then putting the green shade back into the mini so people would be willing to buy yet another palette just for one color. But people are okay with that because he teased maybe selling the green shade as a single.
