Hi Everyone! We've opened up an official discord. In order to join, you need to have posted at least 20 comments on PULL! This is to make sure we don't let in any flakes with ulterior motives. After joining, you will receive a DM with instructions on how to get verified! Also, your registration date needs to be earlier than December 2018 so that we don't get a ton of people signing up only to join the Discord but without actually contributing to PULL. Drop by and chat here: https://discord.gg/KDF2kt5 Also, we need to upgrade our server in the very near future. PULL grows bigger by the day (yay!) but to handle the load, we need upgrades. For less than the cost of what you spend on Netflix, we can continue to host your content. Whether it's $1 or $5 a month, all gifts are appreciated. omg so I decided to go back and watch her Asian diet tips video because I wanted to see what type of packet tea from Daiso she had so that I can find it for myself. Her face looks totally different but what really had me shook was her ACCENT. She didn't really do that annoying thing with her Rs. The next suggested video was another more recent weight loss one, so I clicked on that to see the difference. I legit only made it 19 seconds in because of that fake ass American accent. It's sooooo different and she makes me cringe so bad. I honestly prefer when she was more shy and awkward in front of the camera. Honestly, just give the first minute of each video a watch, the difference is crazy! (And the difference between her nose and chin in these videos, yikes)
I'm honestly keen for her to put out a video on the topic of her getting into uni, it'll be interesting to know if it is English speaking or Japanese, what she will study, and what she had to score on her entrance exams to get in. Hopefully she uploads it soon.
I love how she associates with scummy people and then blames the entire country of Japan for their behaviour. I don’t condone sexual harassment or assault at all, but taste of your own medicine much Bri?
Well, it’s officially no longer the day she say she was going to upload. Why does she bother ever giving out a time to expect the video when she can’t stick to it? She should just say, “working on the video. I’ll upload it when I finish it”
Kenna logic: *makes chocolate* Omg! I did something that requires a slight amount of effort. How do I showcase this to get praise from my 14 year old fans?? I KNOW! First, I’ll pose with part of the chocolate inside my mouth so that I look like I’m puking up Funfetti. THEN, I’ll put all my chocolates inside of one of the 10000 empty picture frames I own because it’s like food art. Wow, I’m a genius. No one does 2012 tumblr aesthetic like me.
Haha Mikan was in the comments section. Mikan said she sent Kenna the moulds for these chocolates, they’re from Daiso. Kenna says she shouted Mikan out in the video. Edit: added screenshot of the convo
Sorry but exclusively dating guys and then raping someone of the same sex as you does not make you queer. We, the queer community, do not accept this human. We pass it on to the Easter Island head statues.
Wow she made a sandwich. I feel like a proud mum right now. (This is from her photographer friend’s Instagram story. Whoever said Kenna not having any adult skills being the joke of the class was definitely correct 😂) Edit: today is Wednesday. Currently approximately 2:30pm in Japan. Video yet to be posted and Kenna only JUST asked for Q & A questions. Severely doubting she will film and edit a video for this week in the next 8 hours.
I will take one for the team and summarise the video. Her and her friend got UberEats and are having ramen. For someone to needs to save money, she should have just got instant ramen. I bet her friend paid for their food. Bri has the camera 80% on her, her friend is barely in frame. They say ghosting is common from Japanese men. Bri says she has considered doing a video where she messages every guy who has ghosted her to see if she can get a response. Friend clearly has more culture than Bri as she is capable of eating ramen with chopsticks. Friend (gonna call her “A” for convenience) says that Japanese men seem to expect to just get sex and that they’re disappointed if they don’t get what they want. Bri is just like “mmmmhmmm” the whole time A says this. A talks about some of her experiences with Japanese men. Bri tells a story of how she was stupid for giving Tinder guys her LINE and says that once a guy didn’t even message her to say hey before he started video chatting her. She said, “he wasn’t unattractive, so it was fine”. She answered the video chat and he was jacking off. Bri says she feels like Tinder in America is more of a joke while in Japan it’s only about sex. She “gets scared” for these guys who write that they only want sex in their Tinder bios, because won’t their friends or people they know see their bio? A says that foreigners in Japan aren’t treated like normal humans. (I honestly thought she wasn’t too bad up until this point, but that seems absurd to me). Bri is drinking a 1.25L Coke, just straight from the bottle. Casually. As you do. A has only had good experiences with police in Japan but she still runs away if she’s in a situation where cops will come. She says if you are a foreigner and you are around when people have a fight that they will find a way to blame it on you. Bri says, “that’s how n***** end up in jail”. Neither feels safe around police in Japan but they say it’s due to their experiences with police in America. A says do not go anywhere without your foreigners card or you can be arrested and detained by police and you will not be allowed a phone call. A says she wasn’t expecting there to be a difference between people from Okinawa (as that’s where she did a 6 month internship) and mainland Japanese people. Bri goes, “there’s a HUGE difference.” Like, shut up bitch, when did you ever live in Okinawa. * I’m 17 minutes in. A has done like all the talking. Bri won’t stop staring at herself in the fucking viewfinder. I’m getting mad over this. * They day Japanese men love black women. A says they fetishise them. Maybe they do, but Bri also fetishises Japanese men. So I guess it’s even. A says Japanese men are very into what they think is “black culture/hip hop culture” but they don’t want to actually learn about the real culture from a black person. Hip hop culture seems to be a ‘mask’ for some. Bri says that the Japanese hip hop guys who actually end up with black women are only with those black women who like to be fetishised, because apparently those girls don’t know anything else. 25 minutes in and A is now going to make the wig. A is talking up the hair so much that it’s like she’s the one being paid to promote the damn thing. Bri doesn’t want to go home. She just wishes Japan had better Mexican food and that you could pay bills online or do a direct deposit without filling out a whole bunch of paperwork. Bri says that Japan is an ageing country and the population is about to be “wiped the fuck out” *cue big eye roll from me* Apparently resources for women having children in Japan are very slim. Maternity leave is unpaid. When Japanese women have children, they are apparently expected to have that be their only role. Apparently people who are married are more important (or further in the business hierarchy, I think they’re trying to say) They basically finish off by talking about future plans. Bri has no idea what she wants to do. A wants to open a clothing store that caters to foreigners or people who are larger or taller than the average Japanese person. Okay...I’m done. Thanks for coming to my Ted talk. ((Also, just want to say that I know Bri’s friends name is Kyra, but I did not want to call her K. Triggers me to think about good old Kappa-chan))
