We've heard you loud and clear - negative reputation is back. Remember that it's still against the rules to complain about being downvoted - if you think someone's mass-downvoting posts or otherwise abusing the reputation system, DM a mod and we will take care of it.
I agree with your former points and I don't agree with the latter. Though I get what you're trying to accomplish by being sympathetic to the guy because being in the 21st century requires you to be in a emotional quagmire, I don't agree that talking and undermining his endeavors would further radicalize him.
We just want him to be a bit more open-minded that is all. What we're saying is that maybe sex isn't the only thing in life, and sex is cheap. The dude has girlfriends after his supposed not divorce and he's still not happy. The dude thinks that this sex doll is going to save his life but he's still not happy.
I however think it's not about the sex, it's power. Simple as that and an old saying goes: power corrupts and you know the rest.
Daniel can and had tons and tons of sex as he wants and he's still not going to be happy but he just gets off whenever it is with putting his ex's under the bus. It's volatile behavior. Call a spade a spade. And also for the incels: I can't sympathize with those who have shot up and committed mass murder because no women would look at them.
You're not the only one that thinks this fuck face is just average looking and thinks that his looks disarms his qualities as a person. Take a look at the self-prescribed incel crowd: they're average looking as shit but has the personality of a bag of bricks.
This is some 200 IQ play. bait him with nudes have him fly over then call it off. Dudes all like yo I DESSSSSSSSSSSERVE Sex since I came over to this country. If the goal is to expose how much of a sex dweeb this guy is, well done. Hook, Line and Sinker.
You know what? "Your Name" probably needs that JJ Abrams treatment to make it more like a thriller because it's sure as hell isn't a romance. it's a movie that thinks that emotional impact comes from a train fetish of oh I guess "this staging is important because they're separated by two trains and then they're going to find each other again". There's no catharsis, the character motivations aren't there to justify the romance (you would've had me at just staying as friends), but they have to do a romance because Shinkai wants to finally meet fan expectations? I know I am in the minority here but there's alot of disconnects I have with this movie fundamentally from a character motivation perspective.
I guess it is too true if he does not have sex he would have nothing.
Another thing too I wonder how long can he keep up this act for. Not the YouTube thing but the hitting on elder women thing. He's closing in 30 with a terrible situation such as a parent's death that cannot show him that hey maybe life isn't about how much women you'll fuck as a way of putting your masculinity on a pedestal.
I also think it was timely given the fact that he's in England because of his father's dilemma. He's looking for an out in this relationship in anyway possible and the distance is probably enough justification to do so.
Everyone. And I mean everyone predicted this end, the question is when is it going to happen. It's certainly no blaze of glory that'll inject view counts on his channel it's just what we expected.
Murphy's law is still a thing, and I still expect the worse to come for Daniel.
I think what also underscores his childishness is the idea of getting into a marriage for a visa and trying to upend his sister in that he did it he's married and he's done it. Thing is he tend to not know and probably will now deal with one of the biggest legal battles of his life with money, and tremendous amounts of time.
I think alot of YouTubers fail to realize the TMZing and the stoking of dramas has been done before....by TMZ. I get that this will never go because those cravings gotta be satiated-- but frankly I am both enamored and kind of disgusted by how these things are doled out. I do love me a good schadenfreude-- and I think when it comes to Daniel he loves the attention and he hates it. That's why with the Elvis the Alien video he responded with that he does not want any unneeded attention. Attention is still attention good or bad. Just because you have tens of thousands of subscribers does not mean that they're kissing at your feet. Most of them subscribed because of the freak show you've been putting on. Nothing can truly wash what you've been writing in the internet and that is in ink.
I think what his recent video upload did was to kind of express that he wanted to surround himself with the likes of TerryTV, Ben Deen, and even Chris Broad. Sure, he kind of becomes a little passive aggressive with talking about them, but I think that he desperately want their acknowledgement. Even if it's the I'm turning my channel into trolling to get your attention type of direction.
A thing that annoys me about Daniel is that he never quite gets why these YouTubers are so successful. He thinks that doing ASMR or doing Mukbangs, or even getting footage of cats can get people clicking. He thinks that he can do that and get views without understanding why ASMR is so popular or why Mukbang is popular. Take Ben Deen for example, he is not just using a crappy wide angle lens on a phone camera and shoot. It is just him eating, but he takes lighting and the camera he is using into consideration. His videos don't have unregistered software watermarks on them case and point: www.bandicam.com. And to top it off Ben Deen is a chill dude. He's not erratic, he does not go on Tinder to solicit sex from other women and he does not talk about sex and beef, and shittalk his girlfriend for 7 hours on a live stream on twitch. Also Ben Deen is just a waaaaay better looking guy compared to Daniel.
