Took me forever to remember her name to find the video. Here you go At the time, I felt really bad for her because she had added how she was kinda disappointed with his interaction with her. I believe he didn't say much after this and just went straight back to his friends. A lot of people were saying that he was just wanting to have a nice time with his friends and not be bothered but eh that rubs me the wrong way. She was excited to see him so to see him just be like, "Eh okay heres a pic/vid now bye," is rude to me. And if I do recall correctly, she got some hate for this vid so she ended up taking it down. I apologize if anyone watches this video and feels like I played it up though. I guess at the time I put myself in her shoes and if that's how he acted in a small clip with me then I'd be like wow kinda sad he wasn't at least a little excited to meet someone who was really happy to meet him.
I really loved Markiplier when FNAF first became a thing. I was obsessed with him honestly. Then one day a video was posted to twitter about how he was super rude and indifferent to a fan of his that happened to also be a smaller youtuber. Ever since then I've tried really hard not to put youtubers on a pedestal anymore.
I know a lot of people hate Nik but this video made me really sad. Especially the part where he shows screenshots of his texts to her he says something like "Did I do something wrong?" I can't imagine what it would be like to set up a meeting with a famous youtuber who acted like they really liked your content only to ghost you after you flew to their city.
I very rarely sympathize with Kenna but knowing her location is not really necessary for our discussion. She's given out plenty of information already for us to assume her financial situation, we don't need to know her neighborhood to do that. We speculate about the lives of people who choose to make their lives public. Until she reveals that part of her life, I don't think we have any business trying to narrow that down. It's not like she doesn't give us enough to talk about already.
I can understand that but if she was getting so many messages from this one person already, why wait to block them after so many? And why respond to them in such a way, it's almost as if to agitate them more. I admit, I've never been in that kind of situation but I can't help but feel unsympathetic towards her. The way she chooses to respond to people is just so illogical to me. From the girl who asked her merely to check out her work because she's inspired by Kenna to this stalker who is clearly unwell.. I just can't grasp Kenna's way of thinking lol
Edit: After reading the rest of the comments, I take back what I said about being unsympathetic. Of course I can't understand why Kenna reacted the way she did seeing as I've never been in that situation. You're completely right, I don't disagree with this.
