We've heard you loud and clear - negative reputation is back. Remember that it's still against the rules to complain about being downvoted - if you think someone's mass-downvoting posts or otherwise abusing the reputation system, DM a mod and we will take care of it.
POC who try to push inclusivity while being racists themselves. Today I saw a British writer on Twitter who had a problem with TV series Chernobyl not having POC actors. She said it would be an improvement cause "our country has so many wonderful POC actors and if the director chose not to use heavy Eastern European accents to keep authenticity it should be fine using POC" Are you fucking serious? We're talking about real tragedy here, that affected real people, who to this day live with the consequences without even receiving pensions. People from countries that gained independence less than 30 years ago and are still treated like Eurotrash in the West. Yup, add some POC in there! Next you can make a movie about Holodomor and replace all Ukrainians by POC. Even today there are next to no POC people living in Post Soviet states, so it's not the place to push your agenda. I don't get how people like this not realise that they are harming their own ideals and plans. How can she not see that in this situation she's the one more privileged? P. S. we're talking about TV series that went the mile to make all of the props perfect and actors to actually look slavic and not a Russian caricature for the first time ffs!
Was there a reason why Rin decided to do this look? I feel like you have to do such makeup either perfectly to show of your skills (portfolio) or for a reason (like, cosplay calls for it or something) otherwise it just feels wrong to me. (on par with using domestic violence as an aesthetic)
The freckles literally look like blackheads in this one Tbh, I don't see anything even "OK" about this look, let alone better. To me this screams "mom did my makeup for Halloween" or "cheap goth outfits you can get off Amazon ads".
I guess, you just have to pretend that you're oppressed in some way and scream that you're a MUA for people to believe you.
Dunno, I have enough friends who dumped their individual styles to land jobs and look professional only to go back to them years later in a more polished/mature version exactly because they're adults who finally don't care at what others think. Once you're an accomplished professional nobody gives two fucks if there's something quirky or even teen about your look outside of businesses meetings. (unless you're literally middle aged)
As Osmone said, Find out what she used and avoid it. In the meantime you can try zinc, anything with centella asiatica in it or in case you have them try allergy meds, they can get rid of the itching. Snail mucin and chamomile can help too. Luck!
I wonder how many years have to pass for people to stop making videos about Kota? I mean, she's old news and ice cold tea. I say dig up your own drama or don't bother making a video. Oh but the copyright claims are funny
Modeling for Vogue would require some actual modeling talent + She's cute, but for a model really nothing special (let's face it she wouldn't have a chance in the West and Asia by now has a surplus of light haired blue eyed models) ..if only by chance and dumb luck...
Tbh, they shouldn't feel insecure about their nose, if they got some real eyebrows back. This shoop is ridiculous and over the top, but that pic from few pages ago with fresh from salon lavender hair +strong blush... Looks like mrs Potato head. (if the nose insecurities are real, why do everything to make it worse?)
