Looks like defy media filed for bankrupcy despite having larger investments on the last year. And now it seems the channels have issues in terms of getting the ad revenue from youtube and the channels had to be separated from the MCN to get access to the money. I only saw in a Philip deFranco video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EhezZ3uX4W8 there is a bit in the beginning.

I don’t think he is capable of handling big and serious issues because if his research is as good as his expert and information on sociopaths this will end in a disaster and hopefully he learned his lesson before he attempts anything. Plus somehow in my mind he will sound super preachy about any solutions/learnings if he would consider talking about any of the above topics.

Jeez I feel lazy compared. After my skincare all I do is eyebrows(ABH brow definer and eyeko brow gel), lashes(still looking for one I like. Currently using up the eyeko black magic mascara), blush (mostly the Marc Jacobs Air blush soft glow dou in flesh and fantasy for a neutral look or now in winter the Christian Dior rouge blush in poison matte) and lip balm (whatever is in my handbag), if I feel adventurous lipstick instead (mac finally free or Clinique lip pop in nude pop).

  5. kami_kami added a post in a topic How do you commit on growing out your hair?

I know you want your hair to grow but consider a trim every 4-5 months initially and when it is a bit longer once a quarter. My hair was long but in a bad shape until I found a hairdresser I liked. I had to chop a good bit off and by now get trims regularly to cut my hair healthy. It was the best advice she gave me that really helped growing my hair out again.

I really like how supportive they are in their relationship, you can clearly see they are good for each other and yes starting a family is scary. Still have doubts that this is a challenge Ethan specifically can handle. Or I am completely wrong and he’ll do great with a learning curve that all new parents have.

Just finished on of the shorter segments of their podcast on youtube. Looks like Hila is pregnant (super early stages, looks like a few weeks at best). Yay congratulations and also jeez good luck. Ethan does not seem like the person that can take responsibiliy for another person let alone a baby that will need all of the attention.

Welp, that would mean she'd have to work for content and do some research and maybe take on feedback/information from more experienced practitioners of Islam (not gonna happen). Too much work for her and she is too thin skinned for any of this (she is perfect already) as she has proven time and time again in the past.

It'll probably sound condescending and my job does have a pretty lenient approach for everyday wear in the office. People do usually make an effort to look more put together for bigger meetings with a larger audience. Not sure if this was send out as an informal invite for a meeting but I am not sure if I would have appreciated Mimeis outfit in a corporate setting. The frayed jeans are not a good look In my opinion. At least wear something that is not ripped jeans. I know it is hot in Japan (Europe can currently relate with high 30s and low 40s in most countries). Mimei should really invest in a simple more business oriented outfit for the specific season. There are simple slightly more loose fitting clothes that just look casual professional with almost no effort.
I would assume that even if the company is not Japanese the effort would have been appreciated unless the her style is what they were specificly looking for.

These 2 are by far one the worst youtubers that could talk about LGBT+ issues. All that is going to happen is criticism won't be looked at/thought about (all haters and are not in Japan so Johnson has the ultimate authority living there) and no interest in actually talking to people to see how it impacts their lives (not being able to share this information with their own families most of the time and the judgement of their society as far as I know so staying in the closet seems to happen for a lot of people).
Plus there are enough issues in western countries where they spend most of their adult life that they could have covered. Maybe even try to investigate and compare. While it is a lot better in most western countries there are still enough areas we could improve. But even that I wouldn't trust that they could cover any of these issues in a better way than they already attempted in their podcast about Japan.

I kinda have a thing for interesting/nice voices (maybe also darker hair, bonus points for lighter colored eyes and nice a jawline xD) so here are some that I find handsome: Matt Mercer, Mike Shinoda and Kitamura Kazuki

I used to watch most of the stuff with Saf in the I think ladylike videos, the try guys stuff depending on what they did and videos with random topics I was interested in. The only videos I watch now are the worth it videos. Can’t stand most of the people anymore. Especially when I saw the period blood thing it made me want to puke...

  15. kami_kami added a post in a topic What does your skincare routine consist of?

With bad hormonal breakouts once a month and combo skin that tends to be dry underneath all that oil this is what I am currently trying. I will probably change the moisturiser as Mizon one might be a bit too heavy and use only one for AM and PM once the current 2 are finished.
    AM
    1. facial cleansing: Kielh's Calendula deep cleansing foaming wash
    2. tone: COSRX Galactomyces Alcohol-Free Toner/ if I have a hormonal breakout By Wishtrend, Mandelic Acid 5% Skin Prep Water first and then the other toner
    3. essence: The Ordinary Ascorbyl Glucoside Solution 12% and for my T Zone The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%  / if I have a hormonal breakout Dear, Klairs, Rich Moist Soothing Serum and for my T Zone Neostrata Oil Control Gel if it gets really bad so the makeup is not running >_>
    4. moisturize: eyes - Mizon Collagen Power Firming Eye Cream,  face - The Ordinary Azelaic Acid Suspension 10%/ if I have a hormonal breakout By Wishtrend, TECA 1% Barrier Cream
    5. SPF: Biore UV Aqua Rich Watery Essence SPF 50+ PA++++
    -------------------------------------------
    PM
    1. make up removal: Muslin cloth + Clarins Cleansing Milk with Gentian and Morinaga
    2. cleansing: Kielh's Calendula deep cleansing foaming wash if my skin is behaving / if I have a hormonal breakout Lush Coalface soap
    3. tone: COSRX Galactomyces Alcohol-Free Toner / if I have a hormonal breakout By Wishtrend, Mandelic Acid 5% Skin Prep Water first and then the other toner
    4. essence: Dear, Klairs, Rich Moist Soothing Serum
    5. moisturize: eyes - Mizon Collagen Power Firming Eye Cream, face - Mizon Collagen Power Firming Enriched Cream  / if I have a hormonal breakout By Wishtrend, TECA 1% Barrier Cream
I physically exfolidate 2-3 times a week depending on how my skin is doing with either the Skinfood Black Sugar Essential Scrub 2X or my Clarisonic with the Kielh's Calendula deep cleansing foaming wash, for chemical exfoliation I use the Pixi Glow Tonic when needed.
For pimple spot treatment I use the The Ordinary Salicylic Acid 2% Solution.
This will need stream lining in the near future, this is too much stuff.
