We've heard you loud and clear - negative reputation is back. Remember that it's still against the rules to complain about being downvoted - if you think someone's mass-downvoting posts or otherwise abusing the reputation system, DM a mod and we will take care of it.
I said I read it, not that it was true. Don't get your panties in a bunch, you could have just clarified and been done with it, which is what I was expecting by posting about it. But since you want to be like that: The news said that Friday was a 6.2-6.5 earthquake southeast of Tokyo, so perhaps you should follow your own advice and check your sources too. http://earthquaketrack.com/p/japan/recent http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/world/2016/09/22/earthquake-tokyo-japan/90882640/ The 95 deaths apparently came from an earthquake earlier in the year, so I was remembering a part of an article discussing the history of earthquakes this year. I have no idea if she lives in Tokyo or not or which places earthquakes could occur that could still affect her as I don't live there, so you can see why I would express concern and wonder if they would affect her or not. It seems like the answer would be no, as the earthquake was barely felt, but it was all over the news which led me to believe it was more serious.
I wear quite extravagant makeup myself. Loud is fine. Anything is fine if that's what you like. But I still firmly think that red eyeliner makes someone as pale as me or Dakota look ill or sleep deprived, because we would get red there naturally if we were, and being pale amplifies how noticeable it is. Red lips is more associated with good blood flow and sexuality. I can't use the same warm brown most people use to contour my face either; I have to use a cool taupe lest I will look like I got smacked with a bag of dirt. I have no problem trying different looks, but I'd much rather be aware of what is most flattering on me and tweak things to match that. I have to heavily disagree with you on the bold eyeliner-bold everywhere else. If I'm wearing bold eyeliner, I'd much rather it be the highlight on my face. If I wear a bold lip, I won't wear a bold eye, because it tones the lip down as it is competing with everything else and ends up looking like too much overall. Makeup is very diverse and there is no "right" way to do things, you just do what feels best. She is showcasing a new product, so I shared my opinion and what feels best for me... Which is that red eyeliner is a terrible idea. But if you want to wear it, you do you. If you want to wear a bold lip and a bold eye, go ahead. There are no rules.
Not a fan of Dakota in general, but I'd be lying if I said she doesn't always have the best nails. I need to get some pastel gradient tips and buy some super thin gold nail jewelry. So pretty. That red eyeliner made me WTF though. Why in the world would I want to look like I didn't sleep for days and took a massive amount of crack cocaine? Red rimmed eyes is not a good look (at least on pale people... dark skin could pull it off better I think since there is more of a colour contrast to such a bright red).
Yes, this. It doesn't matter how well she treats her dog or how much she loves her now. She still chose to buy a teacup dog and promote a selfish industry that has consistently shown lack of care for the breed itself and an emphasis on unhealthy traits for the sake of profit. Also, I would never import an animal from a place that is known for its lack of care in animal and even human welfare. Sorry not sorry, China/Taiwan.
Rosie was adopted from Taiwan via http://www.teddybearmommy.com Alleged proof: https://lolcow.farm/snow/src/1457859783814.jpg Sorry, but nothing about this website says responsible breeder to me. It looks sketchy as fuck.
I don't think I've seen Dakota respond to anyone since she came back from her hiatus. Also Taylor has 159k followers on Instagram and Dakota has a measley 42k. Wengie has 284k so a little over double. Despite both Wengie and Taylor both asking their subscribers to share their recreations with them on Instagram, Taylor is the only one who has ever replied to me, and that was even after I bought Wengies underwhelming diet program (which sucked, it was basically a PowerPoint with a few recipes that were all quite similar... Not worth the six bucks when I could've bought a cheap cookbook instead with pictures and instructions). I don't usually bother commenting on YouTube; they are generally more active on Instagram which is also profit based. Even then, lilisimply replies to me quite often and she has over 500k on YouTube. Wengie doesn't even have a job outside of YouTube (by her own admission) so you'd think she would be more interactive, but apparently not.
I don't see why it matters if she had it easy financially or not. Encouraging other people to do their best and work hard is good advice for people of any station or creed. You can't control your own background, and I don't think she should be discredited for her efforts just because she was lucky enough to be born into a wealthy family. She obviously really cares about her career and her YouTube. She's the only YouTube "guru" that's ever responded to stuff I tag her in consistently. Wengie, Dakota, etc can't be bothered to take the time. I wouldn't crap on someone for being born poor, so why would I crap on them for being born rich? Seems judgemental and discriminatory to me. My two cents.
Have you watched the real music video? It's pretty disturbing, with themes of sexualization of children and non consensual anal sex with a minor (she's not a minor herself, but she is portraying one from a children's orphanage).
