She posted this and then quickly deleted it after people commented that it looked photoshopped lol. I took a screen shot of it to make a gif with the photographers original (which is still very photoshopped). I know this whole shoot was posted somewhere (I think on reddit?) but I can’t find it.
Last month I actually went to a copyright/trademark seminar specifically for artists (gotta keep sharp when you’re in a competitive creative career). It’s actually fairly complicated, but the short answer is no, not much legally can be done. Getting in trouble for fraud (which is a felony) would definitely not happen. At worst she would be struck with copyright infringement, but the case would be weak since she’s not making money off of these specific posts. The artist would also have to legally copyright the work in question (about $50 per art piece/image), and then hire a lawyer to send a legal cease and dissist letter. If the case is won though, the artist can be rewarded up to $150,000 in statutory damages! But again since she’s not generating any money from her thieving, the case is weak and lawyers probably wouldn’t touch it. HOWEVER, I do believe she is breaking Instagram’s rules, so I think the best we could do is get her profile deleted for repeat offenses. *(Definitely not an expert, this is just what I took away from the two hour talk where people asked a lot of questions specifically about this instagram issue)*
She’s at it again! Here is the original photographers Flickr album https://www.flickr.com/photos/[email protected]/albums/7215766937945833 you can also find her at @tweetsandchirps (but she never added this photo to her ig, just Flickr) This information took me about 10 minutes to find, lazyass Sarah.
Nah none of those are “private” or leaked at all. She posted all of these hereself to the public, and most have already been posted here. She specifically posted that video when PULL started to first notice her bra stuffing.
