In response to the video: Canada and Japan are both privileged nations. It's not for her to say what is a right or wrong reason to want to become a Japanese citizen. People emigrate to other countries for all kinds of reason, and I don't think wanting a better life for themselves and their families are an invalid reason. If Japan needs highly skilled migrants, and immigrants can contribute to the economy as well as gain economically benefits, it's beneficial for both parties. What I have a problem is the likes of Mira who brings no benefit to Japan claiming she has a valid reason to want to become Japanese. Let's face it. A white person is generally much better off than an average Japanese person in Japan (which I don't have a problem with. Good on them). It's the lack of appreciation for & recognition of privileges she already has as a foreigner in Japan that I have problems with.
"I am Japanese, but not citizen" Lol, my face is literally hurting. I really do hope she will never be granted Japanese nationality for the good of humanity. I can only imagine she would go all SJW holding a Japanese passport to your face like Debito Arudou (I don't intend to go off-topic here) if she were to become a naturalised citizen. And no one wants that.
I guess Mira managed to re-enter Japan. @BlackDahlia I think jvloggers are going to Canada because it's the time of year everyone goes home and even businesses encourage their employees to take holidays during this disgustingly hot & humid period traditionally in Japan.
Pearl, I've been wondering this, too. I wouldn't be surprised she used one of the many services that sell youtube subscribers, in which case her video wouldn't get as many views/comments (because those subscribers are not real)...
ah. So she didn't delete them like she said she did. Just made them private..... Well, that didn't take long. So much for moving on and getting on with her life. And, did Rodi remove Truth About video again? Really? Seriously?
