I know t is t, but rumors about sex work is too ugly, and if there's no receipts, it must stop. It's been a fast jump from one anonymous internet post all the way to money, sexy, therefore sex for money. Honestly is anyone accusing Edward Avila or Joankeem of the same things, even though they also don't have or barely have jobs outside of YouTube?
Manflu isn't gendered in that way,but also kind of that way. It's refers to guys being overdramatic about colds. Here's a thinkpiece from nyt that produces some eyerolls but also PREACH that truth about what babies some guys can be about the sniffles. https://www.nytimes.com/2018/02/05/style/why-men-complain-about-colds-so-much.html
I could never subscribe and listen to her voice regularly, the voice just sounds so... congested? I feel bad because it's probably a medical condition.
There's really no point in him mentioning that she's Korean. Maybe if something Korean-specific came up, but the content was basically a girl he met (could have been any race!) and can't stop thinking about. We know it's got clicks but also kinda racist, something something fetishization? Would he have titled a video I MET THIS WHITE GIRL or I MET THIS BLACK GIRL?
The original is from the Vetements summer 2016 collection, the same collection that made the bright yellow DHL shirt. it's ugly in all its iterations, imo, like most exaggerated normcore. Here's an ebay link I found that shows a bunch of kpop entertainers dressed in it: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vetements-Oversized-Sweatshirts-Sweater-Long-Add-Size-Sleeve-Orange-T-Shirt-Coat-/282161045820
hes worn braids before and when he got hate about it he said this: I looked up the ig post and although it's hard to see the braids, from the front, it doesn't look like a "hey look I'm cool like the black kids" cultural appropriation. If he was pulling a Taeyang v2? v3? What iteration are we on now? Then yeah, it would be a problem. In this case, maybe his hair was in a style that happens to be braids. I mean, is no other race allowed to braid their hair at all, ever.
Nah, I've been to the Gentle Monster store in Hongdae, and the glasses are of average quality. I'm convinced that they coast on the cool art gallery-esque setting of their stores. I mean, you can get a knockoff of Joan's glasses for $8 on Amazon, and I'm not sure how different they'll feel. https://www.amazon.com/JOJOS-Secret-Sunglasses-Metal-Mirror/dp/B01KHP9DN2
I like them and I think they're fun. I seriously considered going to Phuket after their fun trip vlog. The only problem I have ever had with them was very recent - in yesterday's "summer skincare 'diet' " vlog, where they recommended baking soda as a facial cleanser. NO! That said, SO MANY people think baking soda and lemon juice is great for skin. It's not. And don't get me started on cosmetic/nail art glitter as eyeshadow/how to lose an eye.
Half of those looks weren't wearable tbh. Why would anyone go walking around town looking like a priest or weird graduate with a Burger King crown? The only wearable looks were the red dress+black choker and the white dress at the beach, but those were so basic and nobody needed a guide on how to put those together. As for her vaguebooking about doing one better...just watch ,someone just might. and then she'll come for them for being "unoriginal"
