As someone who is a fan of seiyuu this angers me Very Much wow....
Most seiyuu can't make a living of voice acting alone, they have to take maybe 100 auditions in the hopes of getting one minor role.
The big names you see constantly in the industry like Kaji Yuuki, Kamiya Hiroshi or Mamoru Miyano (to quote only three of male seiyuu) had to work their butts off for years, constantly being denied roles when they started as newbies because they lacked experience.
Not only that, but being a seiyuu nowadays means you have to be a jack of all trades in order to promote yourself as much as you can (so not only voice acting) : singing, live performances, maybe even theater (stage plays or musical), modeling...
Who does Jobo think he is, waltzing his greasy ass in there without being affiliated to any agency and acting entitled because he got a cameo in Pop Team Epic???
(Btw a funny thing but at the very end of Pop Team Epic, seiyuu Aoi Shouta made a live - as in a 3D appearance - and stayed humble about it unlike Jobo lmao)
When you see the effort and sweat some people are pouring into being a seiyuu, it's hard of not getting angry about this shit...
Also [email protected]"here in Japan" HAVE YOU HEARD GUYS??? HE'S IN JAPAN!!

Wazzup everyone, been a while!! Jobo doesn't get any better, I see.
Now, regarding this tweet: correct me if I'm wrong, but I do believe it's extremely rude in JP twitter to tag someone without a valid reason as it could be seen as being a bother to them.
Especially (I emphathize that point) if it's in a post in English due to language barrier and most Japanese people having very poor if not non-existent English.
If you're going to link their Twitter, Jobo, at least put a space between @ and the username so that they're not actually tagged. Don't be a nuisance to them when they're so busy. Because if they're popular, they're not going to check your nasty Tweet.
Or worse, they could take your tweet as a "here is a list of hentai artists you must avoid" type of Tweet/thread.
Doesn't he know basic JP Twitter etiquette despite the fact that he never shuts up about Japan????? I'm white and even I know this, takes a bit of etiquette study, that's all. Ugh.

    Ask and you shall recieve!

EDIT: Sorry, apparently these photos were at Fuyu Matsuri. I have no idea about USJ!
Also, I'm so tired of Knite's bs that I don't really have the mental energy to post on this thread anymore, I'm sorry.
You know, I don't think Knite is ever going to grow up. It's the same situation on Twitter everytime, one of their cosplays go viral, some people start calling Knite out and the WKs jump at their throat, war ensues, Knite blocks a bunch of people that doesn't lick their ass, probably rant and the situation calms down by itself. Rinse and repeat. They haven't grown one bit, I thought they'd have the courage to come forward about all their lies but they's too deep in the social image they built themself. Props to them for making it this far in the international community, great job. But at what cost?  Despite the appearances, I wonder if they're truly happy.

As a breather for everyone here, I found this artwork on Twitter and it made me very happy
To the people who were hurt by seeing characters they liked dubbed by Vic, I hope it can bring you peace of mind  Just remember that Tamaki, Edward, Rin... All the characters he dubbed would never approve such behavior and would rather kick him.

This doesn't have anything to do with the point of the original tweet he's so dumb
Going a bit deeper, I think he's thinking here about the fact that Bakugou and Todoroki are both boys, rather than the fact that they're underage. And the fact that they're underage would be a valid critic; however since Joey collects loli porn, I'm pretty sure he's not talking about that.
So, homophobic much. Yes Joey, shipping people of the same sex is okay you dumb duck. And I'm saying this as someone who dislikes very much yaoi because of its poor rep of LGBT+ people, fuck you for thinking all girls are brainless fujos.

The answers under Vic's tweet are heartbreaking. It's no wonder so few people dare to come out about having being raped or assaulted when some people tell them to "get a life", as I could read in the answers...
All his fans are standing up for him and completely reject any of the accusations made towards him...

Also fuck you and your sexist ass you sound more and more like a frustrated incel at every tweet you post
"Girl who watch anime are cool" like if it was reserved to men can you SHUT UP for three seconds
"Attractive girls who watch anime are cool" omfg just put a zipper over your lips how do you not realize of incredibly rude and offensive that is, glorifying feminine beauty like the creepy incel you are??
"Attractive girls who watch hentai anime are so cool" OMfG GuyS i'm so quirky I'm talking about hentai and girls in the same sentence!!! Oh my god fuck you Joey what exactly is weird about women watching porn, anime porn at that?? Do you think women having a proper sexuality is not frowned upon enough?? Shut up you're so annoying!!! Jesus Christ!!

  9. Rin Matsuoka added a post in a topic Sakimichan

Hi, first time commenting on Sakimichan thread
I have to admit Sakimi's anatomy also throws me off because of the unrealistic body idealization it presents. I tried representing the body type Sakimi draws, and i basically obtained this:

Sorry for the poor drawing, I only have my mouse right now but I hope you understand my point.
What I dislike is that she combines physical features
of a fat/overweight female person, here in RED (with a lot of fat mainly concentrated in thighs, hips and breasts),with those of a thin female person, here in BLUE (with this time lack of fat, present in the face form and features, neck, arms, and especially thigh gap.)You can check in her female character works how the fat is distributed.
Without going into how this fat distribution wouldn't make any sense on the body of a real person, I think it presents a very wrong ideal of the human body. We are already very pressured by society about appearances, thinness, so applying the attractive features of a thin body on an overweight body type must be very pressuring for actual fat/overweight women among her fans.
I dislike that the woman bodytype she draws are conveniently ""thicc"" (ew), because "being thicc is sexy, but not too much, not overweight, never! Otherwise it's gross!!" Yet another thought about her marketing process towards her neckbeard fanbase who doesn't have experience with actual women and only know them from anime (and god knows anime women bodies don't make sense a lot of times).
I don't know if I'm explaining it well, but it reminds me a bit of Momokun and her strangely photo shopped fat distribution.

It is infuriating indeed, the fact that they exclusively shoot with Asian cosers doesn't help one bit........ I think they mentioned that English wasn't their first language but I don't really remember, I think you'll have to scroll up this thread. Hell English isn't my first language either but do I speak like Asian man ? No lol you're not an Asian coser trying to reach overseas audience. You're as white as they come.

Btw I checked some time ago and their Fatal Frame V photoshoot is still up to this day, the one where they cosplayed at the mature Japanese man (I don't know this series).
    Full shoot >> https://www.fatalframe-v.knitemaya.net/page

If you remember, it was a selfie of this character (Ren Hojo, was it?) that sparked outrage and pushed him to apology publicly on Tumblr. So if the shoot is still on his website now when he deleted the apology itself, so much for repenting and his first ""honest"" apology.
Knite, I know you're reading here so if you really feel sorry (which you don't), just please delete that photoshoot of your website. It's so creepy to have a white person mimicking Asian features when Asian racism is an actual thing! You could learn from your past mistakes and become a better person, but you just drag them with you and try to label people who want to help you as haterz............. You're kinda hopeless from the way I see it haha, hope you don't realize too late and I wish you the best. (and please delete this shoot)

Been a while I didn't post! Hi again everyone. I left the thread precisely because of Knite but i'm back again. Details below.
But first, a word for Knite who didn't grow up one bit from his last tape drama.
Knite, I really wish all Twitter could see the Ren Hojo cosplay that you conveniently left out in your "explanation" post. But you blocked me today so too bad, I can't show you :(((( If you don't recognize that it's yellowface i don't know what i can do for you. Also you deleted said photos but I do believe that the photoshoot is still up on your website.

As Twitter is screaming at you, the race of minorities is not a costume for you to put on. Do you know what it reminds me of? Of this exact picture.

William H. West, a white comedian who takes the parodic appearance of a black man for comedy purposes. That was, mind you, in the 1900's.
We're soon to be in 2019.
Why can't you own up to your mistakes and apologize like any normal person? Knite honestly, If you were simply honest and more open up to listening, you wouldn't have to pile up lies like you do. You brought this all upon yourself and you refuse to reflect on your actions, instead of lending an ear to listen.
Not everyone is after you trying to bring you down. You have talent, you have a natural pretty face and you work with good photographers. Lots of comments here have encouraged you for your cosplays like Xayah, she really suits you a lot and your features compliment her a lot. You're hella pretty Knite.
I want to continue to believe in you, I want to believe you're not a bad person. Please, reflect on your actions and try to think about why you are getting so much backlash. And I'm not only talking about the excessive taping.
I'm also about your homophobic jokes like voting for homosexual marriage because of yaoi; people out there are dying because of homosexuality, Knite, it's not all pink and yaoi. It's not funny. At all. My own parents are super homophobic and even though i'm lesbian, they told me to my face they'd never accept that i'd marry a girl. Homosexuality is not well-represented in yaoi, please understand this and search for other LGBT works (such as "My Brother's Husband")
You're also being transphobic by pretending you're a cis boy when some actual trans people commit suicide because they want to rip off the body they are imprisoned in.
Please understand that as a public figure, your actions and words have an impact on your audience and you're not necessarily sending them the correct message. Please search to encourage and cheer on everyone who follows you, instead of being in your bubble and saying what goes through your head without a care it might hurt or offend others.
About the matter I was talking about earlier. (I cant spoiler this on mobile ugh)
On the summer of two years ago (2017), Knite sent me a message ""asking"" that I'd stop participating in this thread or he'd expose my identity. If anyone wants screenshots as proof, I'll gladly post them along with a full explanation. However I will hide the parts that are too personal about Knite, even if it's true or not, I want to respect his privacy.

She knows (whether that she played it or not), that was her argument to justify her Saber lewds.
But I'd argue that F/sn is not an eroge, given that the game is +50 hours when the sex scene is like 30 mn... Well, that's not the problem here.
Man, this thread is wild. I don't know if it's making me he happy or sad....

As a cosplayer I find this plain disgusting lol
It's not funny, it's.... it's so cringe..... and this wig not even placed properly.... and...
I mean I know it's supposed to be satire but it looks plain gross. The more I look at it, the more uncomfortable I get....
Ew ew ew get your greasy paws off 9S, I wanted to cosplay him and now I don't think I'll do it because I'll always think of this horrible pic 😭😭😭

I really like the "mature women" type in anime/manga but Aki doesn't give this vibe, if that's what she's aiming for ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Kizuna Ai seems full lesbian to me, always hitting on virtual girls during her gameplay  (One of us!!  haha) So I don't think it's the idea of making her jealous of Aki. Maybe this part of the script was to introduce him a bit more to Kizuna's Japanese audience, make him more friendly, idk.
OT but I like Kizuna Ai's concept and character very much so it kinda annoys me to see Joey collabing with her when his content is so poor. If Joey produced good content I would have no problem ofc, but here it just looks like Kizuna is promoting Joey.
Also he still looks as messy as ever (on the thumbnail at least, not gonna watch the vid), Joey please take care of yourself more, as a viewer it is really not pleasant to watch. Especially next to a 2D anime girl which is, by definition, flawless.
That's something you really gotta take into account as your main platform is, well, a video platform, where your audiences watches you, so your appearance is something primordial to appeal viewers. It seems super obvious when I say it like that, but it doesn't look like he realized it.
When you're on the street, you'll feel more flattered when a beautiful person talks to you rather than a random/ugly person right (idk for everyone but I think so)? Well it's the same logic here in my opinion.
Maybe he wants to market himself as a cool guy and all, but it just doesn't come off as that. It just comes off as greasy weeb who still lives at their mom at 40
I focused on appearances in my writing because I think humans are really influenced by the concept of beauty in general, so today on the Internet, people are more likely to go towards beautiful people.
Maybe if he changed his haircut and took more care of himself, it would help renew his channel and content altogether.
