We've heard you loud and clear - negative reputation is back. Remember that it's still against the rules to complain about being downvoted - if you think someone's mass-downvoting posts or otherwise abusing the reputation system, DM a mod and we will take care of it.
Did she get a cut in her lower lip to give it the illusion that it's plump and natural? Because that line through her bottom lip looks any unatural. Reminds me of those IG girls who contour their lips, except Dove had it permanently done via surgery.
For some people, it depends where you get peaches from. Some peaches that are sourced through markets, shops and other agricultural businesses can be covered in pesticides and hence be slightly toxic even after washing. So for safety concerns, they might not be eaten. Otherwise, if you don't care about pesticides are if you sourced it from a place you're okay with, then yeah, go ahead and eat the whole fruit.
She'll probably go to France because that's where her recent aesthetics been leaning. Gonna call for it: she's gonna be uploading pictures of those Parisian streets with classical architecture and pastries and cafe houses and of herself of course while dressing in classic French-inspired granny dresses. Plus, let's not forget that Disneyland Paris is there.
I don't think they're "together" anymore in terms of a relationship, but they're still legally married, a.k.a they're separated. Also, the cat is Ella Freya's, so I think they might have moved in together.
All the MV teaser tells me is that the group is literally "Eddie & Friends" smh Also, coincidentally Sunmi is having a comeback called 'Lalaly' which is based on the same word that makes up their group name and debut title 'nalrari' (날라리). They are going to be completely overshadowed by her release. Why even bother debuting in Korea? It's a complete flop.
Agreed. Eddie is a humongous Kboo, much more than Lana or Sophia or Alex or any other one that has been brought up here. The dude is actively attempting to debut in Kpop and his goal is solely to become a Korean idol. He even went onto participating as a contestant in Under Nineteen to be in a boy group but was voted out and now that he can't get in with his oppas he is setting up his very own "Korean idol group" with a bunch of Asian-American girls so that he'll achieve his Kboo dreams. He solely uses his quirky gayness as an appeal to attract LGBT Kpop fans to support his group and he also actively and exclusively stans female idols to appeal + build onto this "uwu feminine gay kboo boy" image for the public. But unlike Lana or Sophia or Alex, he is LGBT and a POC (Hispanic) so he gets a pass and is ignored by the majority of kpop fans because they can't accuse him for "stealing" POC's/LGBT's "special space" unlike all those straight whites. The group he made is called Lalary and is made up of himself along with 6 other Asian girls called Susie, Canaco, Hope, Jinny, Soorim and Sabrina (also Kboos themselves). He has opened a Kickstarter to raise 6500 dollars to fund the group to go debut in Korea but in total got over 7400+ dollars donated and is now planning his debut for August 29th. For their debut they're releasing a digital single along with an MV. In an Instagram comment, they answered that for next year they want to appear on music shows.
One of the biggest no-nos with this group is that the sole focus and marketing points of the group is Eddie himself rather than all the member equally. The group is more like an "Eddie & Friends" group which is not what you want to achieve if you are creating an idol group in Korea where favoritism should never be visible. I think Eddie knew that if he wanted to go solo, he would never get support to debut due to his lack of vocal abilities and the "uwu feminine gay kboo boy" which the Korean public is against. Hence if he inserts himself into a group of typical Asian girls who can balance out his lack of talents, then he'll have a chance to gain some support. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/qxeddie/lalary-single-album-project Edit: They're dropping their MV teaser in less than an hour so let's see how this plays out.
Is he even the father? Jasmine hooked up with so many Korean men during her time in Korea, how does she know that this one guy is surely the baby's father? Or did she pick out which one is the most suitable to claim as the father?
In all fairness, I am not too surprised with the things she have said. Simply because Manaki "saved" her doesn't mean she owes her entire life to him and must permanently stay married as a way of "thanking him". I feel like people forget that Manaki was a massively questionable character himself but he was rarely in the spotlight to be discussed. No matter how nice he might have seemed, he is still the very man who agreed to marry his "internet idol". Venus was still an underage teen when they met and he was already a man in his twenties who only knew her from behind a screen. He was one of Venus' obsessive Japanese male fans, and Margo knew that obsessive Japanese fans can be profitable to get Japanese marriage visas. Manaki and Venus are the result of what happens when idols marry their fans. No ordinary guy with a right sense of mind would marry their idols like that. Now, repeat on 'right sense of mind' because that is very important here. Firstly, there is a Wikipedia page on idol obsession here: Celebrity worship syndrome, which you can read to get a better understanding of this. But what this says in short is that Manaki likely was neither a mentally competent person and merely felt a 'possession' over Venus. As I recall, he was even willing to let Venus have sexual relationships with other women, so long as they stay married and in an old deleted video, he said he wanted to become a famous YouTuber like Venus (perhaps why he quit his job). Characters like this live through their idols and feel massive amounts of ownership over them. In reality, Venus was just exchanging one controlling environment to another. People who grow up in controlled-emotionally abusive family environments tend to rarely recognize the big red flags that come with recognizing abuse in future partners due to how normalized emotional control is to them, which why in the video she captioned "ok i just confused creepy obsession for love". Additionally, she was tied to this obsessive fan by marriage and had no support systems outside of her marriage in place. However, in cases like these, when they do come to fully recognize that both their family and partner are abusive, it turns into complete turmoil and feelings of hopelessness. I sort of understand now why Venus might have gone into decline in that past several months: previously, she only felt that her family history was abusive, but then came to the realization that her new relationship is also within a form of abuse. Honestly though, absolutely nothing good can come out of marrying a creepy foreign fan who obsesses over a teen underage girl across the internet and gets married to them as soon as they turn 18. Their "relationship" was doomed to fail from the beginning and never should have happened in the first place. Manaki doesn't get martyr/savior status for "saving her from her abusive mother", because in truth, he is just as bad and only adds to Venus' problems (pretty much what Venus was saying in the video). I think in the future, Venus will talk more about her relationship with Manaki, but she is still in the stage of mentally processing it and finding acceptance.
