Um, is this even allowed? I thought he was in a general thread in the first place because he doesn't meet the followers requirements. Don't know about his age though. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for his own thread since this shit is hilarious af, but... From PULL: They must have over 10,000 followers on any one social media (on Twitter, Youtube, Instagram, Twitch…) // Must be over 16 years old
I feel like she just wants to be noticed by Yesstyle (like with disneystyle) so that's probably why she keeps tagging them even though she didn't even buy that purse from them, lmao! Plus, I checked out Yesstyle's insta page, and they mostly only feature Asian models. Hmm...I don't know, I don't want to assume anything but what with her obsession of going for Asian makeup trends that don't really suit her face at all...it really says something... EDIT: Plus, isn't it funny that she tagged NewChic in her insta photo the first time around with that SailorMoon bag and even credited NewChic for it in her video TWICE but all of a sudden "forgot" where she got it from...hah!
From the article: “After careful consideration, we have decided to temporarily suspend ads on Logan Paul’s YouTube channels,” YouTube said in a statement Friday. Like, lmao. Why am I not even surprised that YouTube is still protecting this ass. Like, I bet YouTube probably only came to this conclusion to calm people down, and in the meantime when everything is all but forgotten, those ads are coming back.
Apparently all her photos on her main account got deleted. It happened pretty recently so I don't know much about it. I'm guessing she pissed somesomebody off, lol. What with all her self-promos. But don't quote me on this 😂😂
the user @ozloks is a hardcore McKenners fan so it's not even surprising seeing them defend Kenna's originality even when that comment has nothing to do with originality, lol. for the most part, whenever there is a comment saying anything slightly against kenna, @ozloks is there to defend her honor (just something i noticed whenever i scroll through simply_unoriginal's instagram) plus this user was defending kenners left and right during her whole plagiarism debacle because "she apOLOGIZED hateERz need to let princessKenna move ONNnnn!" 😂😂 so yeah, not surprising in the least
EDIT: and to comment on the Disney stuff, a lot of their works are inspired by other creators so there's DEFINITELY nothing original about disney. I like disney, but I'm not gonna blindly give them all the credit lmao
I personally am not surprised to see Simon here considering he's been a figure on the net for a long time (since I knew him from 2013 -- not personally, lol, but knew him from around Tumblr). A lot of people catfish as him on Facebook back in the day and that was before I even found out who the real person was. My only experience with Simon was when he reblogged one of my posts on Tumblr with his mrromanchikku account (a lot of explicit stuff on this blog lol -- deleted now), which lead me to his other blog, bakasoseji. I kept up with bakasoseji for awhile since I did enjoy his Lolita fashion that he shares there (and because it was surprising that I stumbled upon the actual person and not another catfisher). I just remember a lot of people asking if he really was a boy or something but there wasn't anything too problematic about him that I saw. To be honest, I was really hoping someone would start a thread for him just because I haven't kept up with him since his Tumblr days but only recently remembered this guy because of his connection with Knitemaya, lmao. On a sidenote, I really don't have anything to contribute to his relationship with Vive but I do understand why people would misunderstand seeing as they are so close. 😂😂
I think she's being sarcastic here?? Like with the "100% natural" and "i woke up like this" it's obvious that she's joking here as well as implying that she DOES edit (hence, the blatant use of the deer filter and the SNOW watermark right there, lol). She's admitting that she does edit her photos and going by her recent insta stories, she's implying that it's stupid of us to NOT assume that she doesn't edit when EVERYONE does it (does that make sense?) But she just has to be simply_extra with her "sarcarsm" and "blunt humor" lmao. She just can't cleanly come out and say "yeah, I edit my face." She just HAS to be dramatic about it and be like "me??? Edit my face??? I've never heard of that concept b4???!!!" like we're all idiots who can't comprehend what beauty apps are for *sarcasm here* 😂😂😂 Kenna, just stop.
Sorry if I sounded like I'm reaching. But for someone who felt her culture was being 'challenged,' she herself wasn't even knowledgeable about it so why feel like she was being challenged in the first place when there was no harm done by the artist. How does the artist pointing out her plagiarism all suddenly lead the artist to "challenge her culture?" I never claimed to say she had to know everything because she doesn't and that's just obviously unrealistic. The reason I made that post was because her response is ironic (is that the right word?) when the artist distinctly drew the dragon based on Japanese interpretation and her response made it sound like dragons held great significance to her. If it was such an important aspect of her, I would think she would know a bit about their variations/differences from other cultures' dragons. If it doesn't hold any significance to her at all then that is fine too! But then why even pull out the culture card when it's irrelevant to the arguement? Anyways, don't want to derail too much about this so dm me if you want to discuss further.
I hope this isn't too repetitive, but I just want to comment more on this because she sounds so fucking obnoxious with her reply. As another user said, dragons aren't exclusive to the Chinese culture because mythological creatures exist everywhere you go. Given there are variations and different interpretations, obviously, but the point remains. Trust me, LuLu, as a southeast Asian, we have our own stories of dragons too and I don't even have to be Chinese for it to be part of "my culture" lmao! Anyways, since I am not Chinese and don't know much about their dragons, I decided to Google it because the artist himself said his interpretation of the dragon was a Japanese one. This is what I found when I searched "Chinese dragons vs. Japanese dragons": This is from the artist: Clearly, the artist at least drew a realistic interpretation of what Japanese dragons are said to look like! 😂😂👌👌 Now, I wouldn't rely 100% on Wikipedia, but if there's anything we can get out of this, it's that LuLu herself doesn't even know much about her own culture. Kudos to you, Delulu, and may you not ever lay your hands on another person's piece of work!
Not too surprised since she usually only steals from + not credit artists that aren't well known (especially internet artists). However, no way in hell is she gonna try to claim a piece of work from an animator who works for Disney, lmao.
