They do go away over time depending on how much the area that’s being filled moves. So for example, since we constantly move our lips the filler in that area would dissolve much more quickly. For an area that doesn’t move like the nosebridge, I think you would need only a couple of touch ups and then it would probably stay for over a year.
I wouldn’t say that’s necessarily true. I’m a foreigner who’s had plastic surgery in North America as well as Korea and my expectation (from the stories I heard) was that in Korea they would be money hungry and tell you that you need more than you asked for. However my actual experience was that in North America I was pressured to do more than I wanted and was judged when I declined whereas in Korea they accommodated all my needs and didn’t pressure me a single time. Honestly the best service I’ve ever experienced. I heard a lot of negative stories about ID so it’s probably just the clinic. But if I ever want plastic surgery again it’ll only be in Korea. North America was too traumatizing lol. I also did it without docfinder. It’s really not hard. You just contact the translators on a chat app once you choose your favourite clinics and they organize everything for you without a middleman.
I think diet is the cause of a lot of people's stubborn acne. Most people consume gluten and dairy which are the #1 causes of inflammation in the body (acne = inflammation). Also sugar. Completely eliminating gluten and dairy (only reducing it isn't going to work, it has to be completely cut out of your diet) and reducing as much sugar as possible (including fruits) is what worked for me. I went from having a face covered in acne ever since I was a kid to model, filtered-looking skin. Make sure you give it a few months because the inflammation that's already in your body isn't going to go away overnight don't feel discouraged if you still have acne in a week! It takes a while for the body to heal the damage done to it. It's important to drink water to keep your skin healthy and hydrated but if you're eating processed food, bread, dairy products, etc. drinking more water won't fix your skin. Just like you can't out-exercise a poor diet, you can't out-drink a poor diet for improved skin. I don't really believe in skin products to FIX your acne unless the issue is bacterial. If you have acne, your body is telling you that there's something wrong in your body that needs to be fixed and a face mask isn't going to solve the root problem. I would treat face masks as a more supplementary way of boosting your skin health rather than fixing your skin. Hope that helps!
Not a good idea. Mainly because you can’t control where the fat relocates to and there’s a good chance it will relocate to your internal organs which is dangerous. Also my mom had it done and the area she did is bumpy now.
She has always been a complainer. If you look at her old videos she always complains about food service, people looking at her, etc. It’s probably because she acted bubbly and laidback more often that you didn’t notice it as much. Because she was more likeable in the past I believed all of her stories but now looking back, she probably exaggerated most of them. At least back then she had more positivity to balance out her negativity. Now she’s just emotionally draining to watch. It’s pretty obvious that whenever she covers a part of her Instagram story with text she’s not telling the full story. Whatever her dumb mistake was, it’s under the giant “NOPE”. She should try to be more positive in her videos. Every single time I open her Instagram she’s in a bad mood or complaining about something. Someone who’s constantly negative is a huge turn off.

Lol Lia claiming to have attended medical school in her last video again -facepalm- Community college isn’t medical school. You can’t even apply to medical school with a community college education. You need a university bachelors degree (4 years of education) and pass an MCAT (about 1 year of studying). The timeline doesn’t even make sense because as far as I know she dropped out before she even completed 4 years of post-secondary education, making her unqualified to be accepted into med school. “I dropped out of med school before we learned this” my ass. No Lia, you dropped out of community college to become an e-thot 🙄 and a really dumb one at that.
^ very true. You shouldn’t do static stretching before a workout as it loosens the muscle which results in temporary weakness and instability. It should only be done after a workout. Really hope that her viewers are too lazy to follow her workout routine. Immobility is better than whatever she’s teaching lol. Yeah, I said she leads a healthy lifestyle diet-wise, not activity level-wise doesn’t really matter what the reason behind avoiding gluten is, it’s a healthy choice to cut it out regardless! As for bubble tea, the dairy in it isn’t healthy but she does go for the sugar free option whereas the standard is usually 30-50% sweetness. She does eat way more than she should looking at her weight gain but for the most part she makes healthy food choices when she eats at home (it’s really hard to avoid unhealthy food when you go out). I’ve never seen any boxed meals or anything like that from her. The only unhealthy thing I’ve seen from her home cooked meals is dairy, since most adults can’t properly digest it.
Her form is so bad! Where do I even begin? Her posture is awful while stretching. You’re not supposed to just touch your toes and not care how you bend your body to get there. You’re supposed to keep your upper body straight and your hips square as you lean forward, even if it means you can’t reach as far. She twisted and bent her body in such a weird way to touch her toes? Also, most of the stretches she claimed stretch her back actually focus on opening up the chest. Her knees go over her toes and she constantly leans forward with her torso when she squats, whereas your torso is actually supposed to remain upright (I’m a personal trainer and these are basic instructions anyway). Also when she showed the exercise where she lays facedown on that machine and lifts her upper body - that’s a back workout! Yet she says it’s an ab workout. She has zero knowledge on anything that she’s doing, which is normal if you’re not in the fitness industry, but it’s super dangerous if you’re broadcasting this incorrect and unsafe information to a bunch of kids who will likely want to copy what she does. She actually leads a pretty healthy lifestyle in terms of diet (avoiding gluten, eating organic, and minimizing sugar intake). She should invest in a personal trainer if she’s serious about exercising because she has no idea what she’s doing and she’s not going to progress with her routine. In fact, she might regress because of her improper technique. Plus she has a ton of money. I don’t understand how she cares so much about her health and appearance yet doesn’t invest in a trainer. Lastly, that was such awkward product placement lmfao. Placing your tampons on your workout bench as you do lunges next to them.
